M	Melisa Sokullu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich gebe vielen Postern vor mir recht, die Wartezeit kann manchmal wirklich länger dauern. Aber ich bin auch schon öfters nach 3 Minuten dran gewesen. Nichtsdestotrotz lohnt sich das Warteb, Frau Dr. Tiedemann ist wirklich kompetent, freundlich und nimmt sich Zeit für die Anliegen Ihrer PatientInnen. Und ja, das Personal am Schalter ist ab und an gestresst, dennoch sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent. Auch in Lockdown-Zeiten hat das Übermitteln von Rezepten und tlw. telefonische Beratung anständig funktioniert. I agree with many of the posters in front of me, the waiting time can sometimes be really longer. But I've often been on it after 3 minutes. Nonetheless, it is worth the wait, Dr. Tiedemann is really competent, friendly and takes time for the concerns of your patients. And yes, the staff at the counter is stressed every now and then, but very helpful and competent. Even in lockdown times, the transmission of prescriptions and sometimes telephone advice worked properly.

Ich erinnere mich, dass ich krank war und den Rettungswagen rufen musste, aber sie wollte nicht. Sie schrieb mir die Taxinummer, die ich anrufen musste, um ins Krankenhaus zu kommen, aber ich konnte nicht anrufen, weil ich zu schwach war. Sie ist die schlechteste Rezeptionistin, die ich je kennengelernt habe. Ich rate absolut davon ab zu diesem Arzt zu gehen. Waiting times are too long and the receptionist is rude, aggressive and not helpful at all. I remember being sick and having to call the ambulance, but she wouldn't. She wrote me the taxi number I had to call to get to the hospital, but I couldn't call because I was too weak. She is the worst receptionist I have ever met. I absolutely advise against going to this doctor.

T	Thomas wernig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kann ich nur positives berichten! beide damen an der rezeption sind sehr freundlich, och mag sie! auch frau doktor ist sehr nett und kompetent. lange warte zeiten!? na was erwartet man wenn man zum arzt geht? fließband abfertigung?? gehts zu schnell ist nicht ok , heißt es der arzt nimmt sich keine zeit! gehts zu langsam, heißt es es dauert zu lange! ich finde es ist ok und ausgewogen! nur der verträtungs arzt, der manchmal die praxis in urlaubszeiten übernimmt, ist zum kotzen! def hat wohl mit mückstein zusammen den abschluss gemacht! überaus inkompet der mann! I can only report positive things! both ladies at the reception are very friendly, och like them! Mrs doctor is also very nice and competent. long waiting times!? what do you expect when you go to the doctor? assembly line dispatch?? going too fast is not ok, it means the doctor doesn't take his time! if it's too slow, it means it's taking too long! I think it's ok and balanced! only the substitute doctor, who sometimes takes over the practice during vacation times, sucks! def has probably graduated together with Mückstein! extremely incompetent man!
