Der Warteraum war sehr chaotisch, kaum jemand hatte seine FFP2-Maske richtig auf, die Hälfte der Belegschaft trug gar keine. Wartezeit war sehr in Ordnung, aber der Arzt zu dem ich dann ins Behandlungszimmer kam ... naja. Es gab einige Verständigungsschwierigkeiten, einfachste Fragen zu Zeitabständen zwischen Impfungen etc. konnte er nicht beantworten. Allgemein wirkte er auf mich nicht so, als ob er eine Ahnung davon hätte was tut / tun sollte. Dass er meine Tochter gleich "Schatzi" statt bei ihrem Namen nannte, fand ich auch etwas schräg (milde ausgedrückt). Mir fehlt nach dieser Begegnung leider das Vertrauen, werde nicht mehr hingehen - sehr schade, ich hatte mich eigentlich gefreut endlich wieder einen Kassenarzt für meine Tochter gefunden zu haben. Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. The waiting room was very chaotic, hardly anyone had their FFP2 mask on properly, half of the workforce was not wearing any. The waiting time was okay, but the doctor I came to see in the treatment room... well. There were some communication difficulties, he could not answer the simplest questions about the intervals between vaccinations, etc. In general, he didn't seem to me to have any idea what he was doing/should be doing. I also found it a little strange (to put it mildly) that he called my daughter "Schatzi" instead of her name. Unfortunately, after this encounter, I lack confidence, will not go there again - a pity, I was actually happy to finally have found a doctor for my daughter again.
N	Nursel Duras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach Top kann ich wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Mein Sohn hatte heute seine Beschneidung und alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und total bemüht. Sie klären alles zuerst auf und dann wird erst begonnen mit der Beschneidung. I can really only recommend it to others. My son had his circumcision today and all of the staff are very friendly and try very hard. They clarify everything first and only then does the circumcision begin.

Im Warteraum waren so viele Patienten! So viele Eltern und so viele Kinder! Massnahmen während Coronapandemie? Maske Tragen? Abstand Halten? Gar nichts- da haben sie keine Ahnung. Ich habe Verdacht, mein Kind wurde hier angesteckt. Ich komme nie mehr. I was there with my daughter a week ago. She was vaccinated and healthy. Now she is corona positive! No wonder! There were so many patients in the waiting room! So many parents and so many children! Measures during corona pandemic? wear mask? Keep distance? Nothing - you have no idea. I suspect my child was infected here. I'll never come again

I want to have Time confirmation ( Zeit Bestätigung )but unbelievable they gave me only 2 hours confirmation. In front service are really not nice there is one man he is not friendly also but inside doctors are really nice .
