N	Nicola Wohlgemuth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Persönlicher EIndruck: eine unpersönliche Massenabfertigung; der visuelle Gesamteindruck der Räume: schäbig, vernachlässigt. Umgang mit Patienten: uninteressiert für das Problem, umso mehr aber in mehrere Termine; Trotz klarer Problemdarstellung bei Terminvereinbarung keine Infos - in der Coronazeit eigentlich ein verantwortungsloses Umgehen mit der Gesundheit des Patienten! Statt zur Tat zu schreiten (Aufwand 5 Min - die Vergleichserfahrung besteht) - keine Arbeit, außer darüber zu reden, wieviele Termin und Kosten nötig wären (das wäre beim Telefonat klärend gewesen). Wenn man fragt, warum nichts getan wird und sich darüber in normalem Ton und Auftreten Kritik äußert, wird man aus der Ordination geworfen - mit dem Zusatz, man möge nicht mehr kommen. Die Aussage, dass es ja eine Kassenordi ist, erweckt einen eindeutigen EIndruck. Die gleiche Behandlung mit weniger Informationsgehalt davor dauerte vor ein paar Jahren 5 Min, mit Gespräch 10. Also über die Qualität als Arzt kann ich nichts sagen, weil ich keine Leistung erlebt habe, vom Mensch bin ich entsetzt über Auftreten und Benehmen. Gesamteindruck: sicherlich keine Weiterempfehlung. Die selben 2h gesamter Zeitaufwand hätten mir auf dem Balkon in der Sonne mehr gebracht. Personal impression: an impersonal mass processing; the overall visual impression of the rooms: shabby, neglected. Dealing with patients: not interested in the problem, but even more so in several appointments; Despite a clear description of the problem when making an appointment, no information - in the Corona time actually an irresponsible handling of the patient's health! Instead of taking action (effort 5 minutes - the comparison experience exists) - no work, except to talk about how many appointments and costs would be necessary (that would have been clarifying during the phone call). The statement that it is a cash register creates a clear impression. A few years ago, the same treatment with less information content lasted 5 minutes, with conversation 10. So I can't say anything about the quality as a doctor, because I have not experienced any performance, I am appalled by human behavior and behavior. Overall impression: certainly not a recommendation. The same 2 hours of total time would have brought me more on the balcony in the sun.

Auch das ganze Team rundherum ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kann in voll und ganz empfehlen. Today was the first time with my daughter at im. Very empathetic doctor, takes a lot of time and is very nice. The whole team around is very friendly and accommodating. Can wholeheartedly recommend.
J	Joe H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin bei Dr. Ludwig immer zur Muttermalkontrolle und mit dem Angebot der Ordination sehr zufrieden. Ein Muttermal wurde auch schon per Laser entfernt. Dies war zwar eine Privatleistung, aber dadurch war ich gleich wieder einsatzfähig und somit für mich die richtige Entscheidung. Also von meiner Seite, ist die Ordination nur zu empfehlen. Thema Wartezeit, ja es stimmt ich musste auch schon mal länger warten, kam aber auch schon mal gleich dran. Bei einem Kassenarzt plane ich aber immer reichlich Wartezeit ein und freu mich wenn's doch mal schneller geht. I'm with Dr. Ludwig always for birthmark control and very satisfied with the ordination offer. A birthmark has also been removed by laser. This was a private service, but it made me ready for action again, making it the right decision for me. So on my part, the ordination is only recommended. On the subject of waiting time, yes it is true I had to wait a little longer, but it was also my turn. However, I always plan plenty of waiting time for a health insurance physician and am happy if it does go faster.
P	Patrice Brillantin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Zuge der Online-Beratung im Lockdown-Zeiten recht freundlich und hilfreich. Direkt vor Ort jedoch leider das krasse Gegenteil. Veraltete, eher heruntergekommene Ordination. Muttermalkontrolle war extrem unfreundlich, unpersönlich und so zügig, dass ich nachher nicht das Gefühl hatte bestmöglich betreut worden zu sein bzw. nicht sicher war ob die Diagnose, welche mir ohne Augenkontakt vorgetragen wurde, wirklich stimmt (da die Untersuchung ca. 15 Sekunden dauerte und nicht alle Körperbereiche umfasste). So stelle ich mir medizinische Behandlung in den 40ern beim Militär vor. Quite friendly and helpful in the course of the online advice during lockdown times. Unfortunately, the opposite is true on site. Outdated, rather shabby ordination. Birthmark control was extremely unfriendly, impersonal and so quick that afterwards I did not have the feeling that I had received the best possible care or was not sure whether the diagnosis that was presented to me without eye contact was really correct (since the examination took about 15 seconds and did not include all areas of the body). This is how I imagine medical treatment in the military in the 1940s.

Für jede Kleinigkeit wird ein neuer Termin vereinbart um scheinbar die Krankenkasse abzuzocken...Trotz Termin musste ich fast 2 Stunden warten...Ein anderer Termin wurde verschlammt Unfriendly mass processing with a facility like from the 50s Birthmarks are sketched by hand on a scrap of paper ... a change over time is practically not detectable. For every little thing a new appointment is made to seemingly rip off the health insurance ... Despite the appointment, I had to wait almost 2 hours ... Another appointment was muddy

Herr Dr. Ludwig ist einer der nettesten und kompetentesten Ärzte in Graz, dich ich kenne. Er ist fachlich top, nimmt sich Zeit, hört zu und geht auf jede Frage ein. Er ist mitfühlend und auch humorvoll, was ich persönlich sehr schätze. Es ist mir jedes Mal ein Vergnügen, in diese Ordination zu gehen! Auch beim Lasern kann ich Herrn Dr. Ludwig mit seinen modernsten Laser-Geräten wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Es verheilt alles wunderschön und die Behandlung erfolgt absolut schmerzlos! TOP doctor with very nice assistants in a beautiful new surgery in Reitschulgasse! Dr. Ludwig is one of the nicest and most competent doctors in Graz that I know. He is technically top-notch, takes his time, listens and answers every question. He's compassionate and humorous too, which I personally really appreciate. It is always a pleasure for me to go to this ordination! Even with lasers, I can tell Dr. Warmly recommend Ludwig with its most modern laser devices. Everything heals beautifully and the treatment is absolutely painless!

Mir war bei der Wahl der Praxis wichtig, dass bei meiner Behandlung mit neuen, modernen Geräten bzw. Laser gearbeitet wird und der Arzt erfahren ist, um das bestmöglichste Ergebnis zu erzielen. Die Wartezeiten sind kurz, Termine werden so gelegt, dass es kaum Begegnungen mit anderen PatientInnen gibt. Very competent team and a competent, personable doctor. The new ordination in the Reitschulgasse is very successful. When choosing the practice, it was important to me that new, modern equipment and lasers were used for my treatment and that the doctor was experienced in order to achieve the best possible result. The waiting times are short, appointments are made in such a way that there are hardly any encounters with other patients.
