Sekretärin ?‍? ist unhöflich und versteht wenig

Habe in der Ordination angerufen und die Ärztin hat abgehoben. Ich habe Probleme mit meiner Haut und wollte deswegen einen Termin bei ihr vereinbaren. Die Ärztin war total unfreundlich und meinte, dass ich ein "kosmetisches Problem" habe und bei ihr falsch bin und ich zur Kosmetikerin gehen soll. Als ich ihr näher schilderte, dass meine Haut stark schuppt, meinte sie, dass ich doch ein medizinischer Fall bin. Dann auf einmal wollte sie mir doch einen Termin geben (sie war noch immer unfreundlich und zickig zu mir), den ich aber dann ablehnte, da sie so unsympathisch war und zu so einer Ärztin möchte ich nicht gehen. Ich möchte gar nicht wissen, wie sie ihre Patienten in ihrer Ordination behandelt, wenn sie schon am Telefon so inkompetent rüber kommt.

Frau Dr Tunus hat mir alles so höflich und ausführlich erklärt und ich war bei meinem ersten Besuch wahnsinnig entspannt. Sie ist sehr auf mich eingegangen und hat auf alle Fragen geantwortet. Ich war sehr zufrieden! ☺️

Ich schreibe normalerweise keine Rezensionen, aber so eine unfreundliche Ärztin habe ich noch nie erlebt. Habe am Telefon einfach nur eine Frage bzgl. einer Muttermalentfernung gestellt sie hat laut aufgestöhnt und mir wirklich unglaublich unfreundlich mitgeteilt, dass sie das nicht macht. Unnormal unzuvorkommend, wirklich schockierend.

At first,she booked the time alone for me and when I arrived the place was closed.She even didnt call me before and I took my time for cheking. I decided to go next days,even was clear for me that she is so strange.When I went,I saw that she works alone,she answers her phones to book for others during the visit...she stoped 2 times in 10 minutes while I was having a check,which is pretty rude and refers that she is so greedy( strange for this nation,ha) and even so,she doesnt earn enough...why? Because she knows nothing.She checked all my black spots on the body,but for 2 of them which are just smallest spots like drows,not even a serious black spots in 3d ,she said that I have to move them .She wanted me to book it very shortly to remove it or maximum in 2 months.I wanted to check it one more time and I went to another one who is a special phd of maxiofacial and phd of estetic - reconstructive medicine.He said,he had thousands of operations of removing those black spots( he is a doctor who does very complex cases in both medicine) and he doesnt know how someone can say such stuff about 2 spots which are the same like all others.... he wanted to say,this woman doesnt know what she talks about. So,dont go to this doctor.I dont recommend her.Must be she wanted to earn some 150e because she doesnt earn enough or at all and she said,ok,any black spot should be removed,nothing she can loose but why not to earn.
