3	360 VirTours on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Mitarbeiter im Shworoom sind extrem Kompetent und können einem wirklich alles erklären. :) Ich habe mich ausreichend informieren lassen und habe dann sogar eine Probefahrt gemacht. Ich muss sagen mit einem Geero zu fahren macht unglaublich viel Spaß. Für mich genau das richtige als Pendler, da mein Arbeitsweg so zeitlich deutlich verkürzt wird. Mit dem Auto durch die Stadt zu fahren war immer die Hölle, aber das hat nun ein Ende. Danke Geero für die hervorragende Beratung, bin wirklich super zufrieden mit meinem Geero und möchte es nicht mehr missen. The staff in the Shworoom are extremely competent and can really explain everything to you. :) I got enough information and even took a test drive. I have to say driving a Geero is a lot of fun. Exactly the right thing for me as a commuter, as my commute is significantly shortened. Driving around town has always been hell, but that’s over now. Thank you Geero for the excellent advice, I am really super satisfied with my Geero and would not want to miss it anymore.

Meine Erwartungen bezüglich Beratung wurden auch im Schauraum in Graz nicht enttäuscht. Freundlich, geduldig, kompetent und sehr bemüht! Ich war echt begeistert!!! Am Mittwoch war ich in Graz und habe das Rad bestellt und am Montag wurde es geliefert.......ich konnte es gar nicht glauben, obwohl ich Sonderwünsche hatte, die erst montiert werden mussten, kann man das glauben........totale Begeisterung!!! ein Unternehmen, das man wirklich gerne weiterempfiehlt!!!!!!!! The Geero team is really very competent, friendly and hard-working. I have already received more than satisfactory information over the phone. My expectations regarding advice were not disappointed in the showroom in Graz either. Friendly, patient, competent and very hard-working! I was really excited! On Wednesday I was in Graz and ordered the bike and on Monday it was delivered ....... Seit ich das Geero hab fahre ich viel öfter mit dem Rad und merke, dass ich körperlich wieder fitter geworden bin. Wirklich tolles E-Bike und das auch noch von einem österreichischen Hersteller. TOP advice, super friendly staff with a lot of specialist knowledge. The test drive was just brilliant, I bought a Geero straight away and I'm totally happy with it. Since I got the Geero, I've been riding my bike a lot more often and I've noticed that I've become physically fitter again. Really great e-bike and that from an Austrian manufacturer.

Leider passte keines der Räder aufgrund der Größe meiner Frau. Aber eines muss ich schreiben. Die Beratung war so excellent wie ich es noch in keinem Radgeschäft erlebt habe. Der Berater hat uns alles genau erklärt, einfach top. Ich kann dieses Geschäft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Danke nochmal. Today my wife and I went to the Geero showroom to get an exact picture of the different models. Unfortunately none of the bikes fit my wife due to the size. But I have to write one thing. The advice was as excellent as I have never seen it in any other bike shop. The consultant explained everything to us in detail, just great. I can wholeheartedly recommend this shop. Thanks again.

Leider konnte ich das Rad in meiner Umgebung nicht probefahren, aber der Kundendienst machte mir Mut und ich entschied mich dafür, das Rad zu bestellen. Es kam wie vereinbart schnell und sicher bei mir an, der Aufbau war problemlos und das Rad tiptop. Leider musste ich nach einigen Fahrten feststellen, dass die Rahmengröße nicht die richtige für mich ist. Schweren Herzens rief ich erneut den Kundendienst an. Nach eingehender Beratung bekam ich ein Retourenetikett und konnte über UPS einen Rücksendetermin vereinbaren. Nach der Prüfung landete mein Erspartes wieder auf meinem Konto und ich war dem Geero-Team sehr dankbar für diese gute Erfahrung. Auch wenn es bei mir mit dem Rad nicht geklappt hat, kann ich den Service von Geero uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank! I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Geero team! I saved a long time on my Geero 2 and wanted to fulfill my dream in December. Unfortunately, I was unable to test ride the bike in my area, but customer service encouraged me and I decided to order the bike. As agreed, it arrived quickly and safely, the assembly was problem-free and the bike was perfect. Unfortunately, after a few rides, I realized that the frame size was not the right one for me. With a heavy heart, I called customer service again. After detailed consultation, I received a return label and was able to arrange a return date via UPS. After the exam, my savings went back into my account and I was very grateful to the Geero team for this good experience. Even if it didn't work out for me with the bike, I can unreservedly recommend Geero's service. Thank you very much!
W	Willem L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing bike! I settled on the Geero 1, after having an utterly disappointing experience with vanmoof. The Geero 1 is almost as good looking as the vanmoof, but feels al lot more nimble. It is almost as light as a normal bike and handles smooth. The minimalist aspects I enjoyed about my vanmoof are also present, but the difference is, the geero actually works. Thanks to standard parts (shimano, mainly) I am confident any bike shop can repair it, should this become a topic. This was the biggest downside from the vendor-locked-in POS I ditched. So in short: the bike can hold its own, it is slightly unfair for me to compare it to a competitor which is better known, but to my opinion, far inferior. The only thing I would love to see changed is a more upright handle bar front end, without having to buy an aftermarket adjustable one. Also a light.
