A	Alexandra Laubner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe Frau Dr. Polak selbst nicht kennen gelernt, würde aber jeden raten, dort nicht die Mutter-Kind-Pass-Untersuchung (für 2-jährige Kinder) machen zu lassen. Die Ordi-Assistentin hat sich wirklich unmöglich verhalten. Sie hat meine 2-Jährige, die panische Angst hatte, und zu Weinen begonnen hat, gesagt, sie solle kein Theater machen und aufhören zu schreien, etc. Also lieber eine andere Ordi für Kleinkinder suchen, wo ein empathischer und wertschätzender Umgang mit Kindern gepflegt wird. Wir haben dann auch abgebrochen, die gleiche Person meinte, wir sollten das zu Hause üben. Sehr seltsam. Für Erwachsene OK, aber nicht unbedingt eine Wohlfühl- Atmosphäre. Und meiner Meinung nach viel zu viele PatientInnen in Covid-Zeiten – vor allem im Lockdown. Das kenne ich von anderen Ärzten nicht so. I have Mrs. Dr. Polak did not get to know himself, but would advise everyone not to have the mother-child passport examination (for 2-year-old children) there. The Ordi assistant acted really impossible. She told my 2-year-old, who was terrified and started to cry, not to make a fuss and stop screaming, etc. So it would be better to look for another ordi for toddlers, where they deal with children in an empathetic and appreciative manner becomes. We then also stopped, the same person said we should practice this at home. Very strange. OK for adults, but not necessarily a feel-good atmosphere. And in my opinion far too many patients in Covid times - especially in lockdown. I don't know that from other doctors.
W	WiednerBoy 04 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Wahnsinn, ich habe den Montagnachmittag beim Warten 1 Stunde sitzend verbracht. Vor mir sind ein paar Wartende sogar gestanden. Frau Doktor hat mir eine Diagnose gemacht und gesagt, dass ich operiert werden muss. Am nächsten Tag haben mir die Ambulanzärzte in der Rudolfstiftung gesagt, dass es keine gravierenden Schäden in der Netzhaut gibt und die Operation nicht notwendig ist. Awesome, I spent the Monday afternoon sitting for 1 hour while waiting. In front of me there were even a few people waiting. Frau Doktor made me a diagnosis and said that I needed surgery. The next day, the ambulance doctors at the Rudolf Foundation told me that there was no serious damage to the retina and that the operation was not necessary.
A	Admin Admin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hochprofessionelles Team und Frau Dr. Aggermann war echt super bemüht um meine Tochter (3 Jahre alt). Wartezeiten von 20 Minuten war auch in Ordnung. Ich werde die Praxis auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen! Highly professional team and Dr. Aggermann was really eager to look after my daughter (3 years old). Waiting times of 20 minutes was okay too. I will definitely recommend the practice to others!
D	Dejan Barbulovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meiner Erfahrung nach ist Dr. Polak und ihr Team sehr um ihre Patienten bemüht. Man merkt, dass Frau Dr. Polak mit Herz und Seele für Ihr Patienten da ist. Auch meine Eltern fühlen sich sehr gut aufgehoben bei ihr. Dr. Polak geht mit viel Geduld auf alle Fragen der Patienten ein. Auch wenn sehr viel los ist nimmt sie sich Zeit um alles genau abzuklären. So eine Ärztin kann ich wirklich jedem weiter empfehlen. Sowohl ich, als auch meine ganze Familie sind seit Jahren Patienten von Dr. Polak und Dr. Aggermann und empfehlen jedem diese Ordination! In my experience, Dr. Polak and her team really care about their patients. You can tell that Dr. Polak is there for your patient with heart and soul. My parents also feel that they are in very good hands with her. Dr. Polak is patient with all patient questions. Even when there is a lot going on, she takes the time to clarify everything. I can really recommend such a doctor to everyone. Both I and my entire family have been patients of Dr. Polak and Dr. Aggermann and recommend this ordination to everyone!
H	Helmut Fleischmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte vor 2 Wochen einen Termin um 10 Uhr Vormittag. Um 11.45 Uhr war meine Geduld am Ende, und ich habe die Praxis verlassen. Des Weiteren fiel mit unangenehm auf, dass das Wartezimmer trotz Corona ueberfuellt war, und einige Patienten sogar im Stehen warteten. Das kann nicht nur auf etwaige Notfaelle zurueck zu fuehren sein. Had an appointment at 10am 2 weeks ago. At 11:45 a.m. my patience ran out and I left the practice. Furthermore, I noticed unpleasantly that the waiting room was overcrowded despite Corona, and some patients even waited standing up. This cannot only be due to possible emergencies.
F	Frau Frau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freches personal und die Fr. Dr. Aggermann ist sehr ausländerfeindlich und faul die Probleme anzuhören, also in der zukunft mache ich einen großen bogen um diesen augenarzt. Ich rate es ab da hin zugehen und sich frech zu beraten lassen allein die an der Kasse vorne sind so hochnäßig. Also ein No-Go!! Very cheeky staff and Mrs. Dr. Aggermann is very xenophobic and lazy to listen to the problems, so in the future I will give this ophthalmologist a wide berth. I advise against going there and getting cheeky advice, but the ones at the checkout in front are so snooty. So a no go!!
H	Hasn Dmz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die erste Untersuchung ging sehr schnell, bei der zweiten musste ich länger warten, was ich nicht so schlimm fand. Schlussendlich steht es an der Wand angeschrieben, dass man sich auf längere Wartezeiten einstellen soll und wenn ein Arzt sich länger Zeit nimmt für seine Patienten, finde ich das durchaus vertretbar. Die Empfangsdame war sehr nett, zuvorkommend und vor allem war sie geduldig mit mir, weil ich wieder einmal zu lange gebraucht habe, um meine E-Card zu finden. Genauso waren es auch die beiden Ärztinnen. Sie haben mich förmlich ausgefragt, meine alte Brille unter die Lupe genommen, mich über meinen Zustand aufgeklärt und die Tests profesionell durchgeführt. Ich habe mich wohl dabei gefühlt, was nicht oft passiert. Die Ärztinnen sind völlig ausgelastet und überarbeitet, das habe ich schnell gemerkt, aber dennoch war keine von ihnen unhöflich. Eher das genaue Gegenteil. Ich habe nur lächelnde Gesichter gesehen. Dabei habe ich mich wegen den Augentropfen etwas daneben benommen, für das ich mich jetzt schäme und ich habe es erneut versäumt, mich dafür zu entschuldigen. Tut mir leid. Wenn ich Schmerzen habe, bin ich meistens ungehobelt :( The first examination went very quickly, the second I had to wait longer, which I didn't find so bad. Finally, it is written on the wall that you should be prepared for longer waiting times, and if a doctor takes longer for his patients, I think that's entirely justifiable. The receptionist was very nice, accommodating and most importantly she was patient with me because once again it took me too long to find my e-card. So were the two doctors. They questioned me formally, examined my old glasses, informed me about my condition and carried out the tests professionally. I felt comfortable doing it, which doesn't happen often. The doctors are completely busy and overworked, I noticed that quickly, but none of them were rude. Rather the exact opposite. I only saw smiling faces. In doing so, I misbehaved a bit because of the eye drops, which I am now ashamed of and again failed to apologize for. Sorry. When I'm in pain, I'm usually rude :(
