Von der Oma bis zum Enkerl kommen alle zu Herrn Silhanek, dem besten Optiker weit und breit! Immer gut gelaunt und immer top und vor allem ehrlich beraten! Wenn ich mir eine bestimmte Fassung einbilde und diese mir nicht steht, wird kein Blatt vor den Mund genommen und mir eine Alternative gezeigt. Auch meine Kontaktlinsen passen einwandfrei! Weiter so! At the doctor's, my glasses were tested yesterday with the Spot Vision Screener. Result: fits perfectly! Was not to be expected otherwise. From grandma to grandchild, everyone comes to Mr. Silhanek, the best optician far and wide! Always in a good mood and always top and above all honest advice! If I imagine a certain version and it doesn't suit me, no page is taken and an alternative is shown to me. My contact lenses also fit perfectly! Keep it up!

Ich habe eine neue Brille benötigt, wollte die selbe Glasqualität wie vorher. Mir wurde ein angeblich besseres Produkt empfohlen. Ergebnis, ich habe 3 Monate benötigt um mich einigermaßen an die Geometrie des Glases zu gewöhnen. Innerhalb von 8 Monaten brach das Glas 2 mal. Meine Reklamatioen wurden für mich absolut unprofessionell bearbeitet. Die 12 monatige Verträglichkeitsgarantie wurde nicht akzeptiert. As long as you are satisfied with the product and there is no complaint, everything is fine. I needed new glasses, I wanted the same glass quality as before. I was recommended a supposedly better product. Result, it took me 3 months to get used to the geometry of the glass. The glass broke twice within 8 months. My complaints were handled absolutely unprofessionally for me. The 12 month tolerance guarantee was not accepted.

Mein Sohn hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und konnte sich selber seine Brille aussuchen. Sehr empfehlenswert! I bought glasses for my three year old son. The advice was great!
