Egal ob es um Brillen oder Kontaktlinsen geht - Man fühlt sich immer willkommen und gut beraten vom Chef und den Mitarbeitern! Ich finde hier ist das ganze viel sympatischer als bei den ganzen großen Optikerketten ?? I have been a customer here since my childhood and I am still satisfied with the contact lens institute and the eyewear business. Whether it is glasses or contact lenses - you always feel welcome and well advised by the boss and the staff! I think here is the whole much more sympathetic than the whole great optician chains ??

Service und unkomplizierte Hilfe sind das Markenzeichen dieses Geschäftes. Freundliche und kompetente Bedienung ist selbstverständlich. Rasche Hilfe bei kaputten Brillen oder verlorenen Linsen. Gestern angerufen, dass ich meine Linse verloren habe. Heute habe ich sie mit der Post bekommen. Alles wird rasch und unbürokratisch erledigt. Vielen Dank und ich bleibe weiterhin eine treue Kundin. Die Auswahl ist riesig, alle bekannten Marken und das zu wirklich fairen Preisen. Als eines der wenigen echten Familienunternehmen in dieser Branche wird hier alles richtig gemacht. He made me feel comfortable, used some of the latest technology to determine my prescription update, and gave me plenty of time and information with which to choose the perfect frame. Plus, it is one of the oldest shops in Graz, there are pictures of the original Optiker in the shop! I will definitely be going back here.
