Klar ist es ein bisschen teurer als beim Fielmann/Pearle, aber den Aufpreis absolut wert. Excellent optician, well advised there with the whole family for years. Sure it's a bit more expensive than the Fielmann / Pearle, but it's absolutely worth the extra charge.

Bis jetzt haben ich und mein Freind alle Sonnenbrillen bei Optik Plessin gekauft - nach diesem Vorfall nie mehr wieder!! Absolute Frechheit. I wanted to buy Gucci sunglasses on August 11th, when I was still thinking and my friend was standing next to me with his cell phone, suddenly a saleswoman came, tore the glasses out of my hand and assumed I would write down the model. So far, my boyfriend and I have bought all sunglasses from Optik Plessin - never again after this incident !! Absolute cheek.

Egal wo (Kötschach-Mauthen, Hermagor oder Klagenfurt) ich bis jetzt Kunde war, die Mitarbeiter der Service und die Produkte sprechen für sich. Ein Fachgeschäft wie es im Buche steht. Macht weiter so.? I've been with Plessin since I was a kid. No matter where (Kötschach-Mauthen, Hermagor or Klagenfurt) I have been a customer until now, the staff, the service and the products speak for themselves. A specialist shop as it is written in the book. Keep up the good work
S	SN S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Beratung für eine optische Brille war bis zu dem Zeitpunkt gut, wo man den Zettel mitnehmen wollte, auf dem das Brillenmodell mit der optischen Stärke notiert wurde. Dieser besagte Zettel wurde mir direkt aus der Hand gerissen und im harschem Ton gesagt "der bleibt hier!". Man hätte den Zettel mit meinem Namen ablegen können, aber das wurde nicht einmal angeboten. Offenbar wurde erwartet, dass ich mich sofort entscheide. Verblüfft habe ich das Geschäft mit der ursprünglichen Absicht ein paar Tage später eine Brille zu kaufen, verlassen. Ich komme nicht wieder. The advice for a pair of optical glasses was good until the time when you wanted to take the note with you, on which the eyeglass model with the optical strength was noted. This said piece of paper was torn right out of my hand and harshly said "he stays here!". You could have dropped the note with my name, but it was not even offered. Apparently it was expected that I would decide immediately. Amazed I left the shop with the original intention to buy a pair of glasses a few days later. I will not be back.
D	DUCI 17 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Freundin und ich wollten eine neue Brille kaufen. Schon beim Betreten des Geschäftes bemerkte ich, wie unmotiviert und genervt die Verkäufer dieses Optikers waren. Die Beratung war dann mehr oder weniger runtergelesen als gewusst, also einfach zu sachlich. Der Verkauf besteht doch zum größten Teil aus Emotionen und positiven Eindrücken?! So etwas konnten diese Optiker nicht vermitteln... Sie beeindruckten eher mit Langeweile und Ratlosigkeit. Ich hatte mich schon richtig auf eine neue Brille gefreut, aber diese Freude wurde mir genommen. Nie wieder gehen wir in dieses Geschäft. Außen "Hui" und innen "Pfui", um es dezent auszudrücken... Und noch dazu ist Optik Plessin viel zu teuer! Optik Pearle verkauft auch Rodenstock-Gläser, und das für weniger als die Hälfte dieser Preise. Mehr muss man nicht mehr sagen. My girlfriend and I wanted to buy new glasses. As soon as I entered the shop I noticed how unmotivated and annoyed the salespeople of this optician were. The advice was then more or less read down than was known, so simply too factual. The sale consists mostly of emotions and positive impressions ?! These opticians could not convey something like that ... They rather impressed with boredom and perplexity. I was really looking forward to a new pair of glasses, but that joy was taken from me. We will never go into this business again. Outside "Hui" and inside "Ugh", to put it discreetly ... In addition, Optik Plessin is far too expensive! Optik Pearle also sells Rodenstock glasses for less than half these prices. You don't have to say more.

Das einzige, was wirklich komisch ist, ist dass die Mitarbeiter scheinbar panische Angst haben, dass man die Preise vergleicht bzw. wo anders kauft. Modellnamen werden fast wie ein Staatsgeheimnis behandelt. Wenn man ein Foto von 2 Brillen machen will, um noch eine Nacht drüber zu schlafen, welche die bessere ist, wird man wie ein Krimineller angeschaut. The shop is nice and the choice is wide. The only thing that is really weird is that the employees seem to be terrified that they will compare prices or buy somewhere else. Model names are treated almost like a state secret. If you want to take a photo of 2 glasses to sleep on for another night, which one is the better, you will be looked at like a criminal.
