Ich kann beim besten Willen nicht verstehen, warum so viele negativ Meldungen kommen über den Umgang mit den Kinder. Vom rassistischem Verhalten haben meine Tochter und ich (meine Wurzeln sind aus Kenia) keinen Hauch gespürt. Bei den Tropfen war sie etwas unruhig aber die Assistentin hat es ruhig und gelassen mit meiner Hilfe (meiner tochter gut zureden und ihr die Angst nehmen) geschafft. Sie ist auch nicht wirklich soo leise...also hat meine Tochter über eine stunde (Wartezeit war so lange da sie sehr dunkle augen hat und die Tropfen länger gebraucht haben) das ganze Wartezimmer mit "wunderschönem" Gesang unterhalten. Niemand hat sich beschwert..im Gegenteil..es waren alle erfreut. Der Arzt hat gemerkt, dass meine Tochter IHM gegenüber etwas distanziert war und bat mich Ihre Hand zu halten und sie zu besänftigen..somit war er auch in meinen augen aufmerksam sonst hätte er einfach versucht seine arbeit zu machen, ohne diese Distanz ihrerseitszu bemerken. Nach kurzen Untersuchungen bekommt sie jedes Mal einen schlecker und wird herzlich von allen verabschiedet! Also ich bin total zufrieden und meine Tochter freut sich jedes Mal, wenn wir zum Augenarzt müsse !!! I have been there several times with my daughter who is now 5 years old. After brief examinations, she gets a treat every time and is warmly welcomed by everyone! So I am totally satisfied and my daughter is happy every time we have to go to the ophthalmologist!
J	Judit Keskin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin grundsätzlich eine Person, die keine Bewertungen abgibt, aber diesen Besuch beim Dr. Kelani kann ich nicht ohne Worte lassen (erster Besuch bei ihm). Meine zweijährige Tochter hatte die MukiPass Untersuchung. Sie hat sowieso Angst vor Ärzten, nach diesem Besuch wird daran auch nichts ändern. Sie hat schon vorhinein vor Angst geweint, und ich konnte sie kaum beruhigen. Dass man in einer Ordination, wo Untersuchungen für KINDER angeboten werden, mit so einer Situation nicht umgehen kann, ist für mich nicht verständlich. Sie wurde von der Assistentin sehr grob -sowohl körperlich als auch mündlich- "behandelt". Es darf nicht passieren, dass ein kleines Kind beinahe? angeschrien wird, sie solle mit dem Weinen aufhören, da sie zu laut ist. Es muss natürlich oft wie z. B. bei Spritzen festgehalten werden, da es anders nicht geht (hier musste in die Augen getropft werden), aber das man dazu auch an den Beinen so fest zieht, das geht gar nicht. Zum Arzt selber möchte ich mich nicht äußern, kann seine Kompetenzen nicht bewerten. Er kann ein guter Arzt sein, aber werde seine Ordination aus den genannten Gründen nie wieder besuchen. I don't want to comment on the doctor himself, I can't evaluate his skills. He can be a good doctor, but will never visit his ordination again for the reasons mentioned.

Von der Terminvereinbarung über das freundliche Team bis hin zu Dr. Kelani wurden meine 10- jährige Tochter und ich sehr gut betreut. Wir fühlten uns bei der ruhigen, entspannten Atmosphäre sehr gut aufgehoben. Dr. Kelani war sehr bemüht und hat sich viel Zeit genommen bei der Untersuchung, um alles gut und verständlich zu erklären. Dieser Arzt ist sehr zu empfehlen.
