C	C S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin in die Praxis hinein - in der Meinung dass ich einen Termin habe ( es handelte sich um einen Irrtum - ich bin nicht Ortskundig und kenne die Ärzte hier nicht - aber ich hätte bei Herrn Dr. Robert Biowski einen Termin gehabt und nicht bei Fr Bacila) abgesehen davon, dass die Ärztin 5 min nach Öffnungszeiten erst gemütlich ins Stiegenhaus hereinspaziert ist, hat sie mich angeschnautzt, dass ich keinen Termin bei ihr habe - und mich gfragt ob ich zu blöd zum lesen sei , ob ich keinen Abschluss habe oder Matura oder irgendwas gelernt hätte. Auf die Frage was ihr Problem sei und ob sie mir denn sagen könnte wo der Arzt ist den ich suche hat sie mich angebrüllt, dass ich selber schauen soll und was ich mir einbilde und als drüber streuer - „ich soll keine Kinder bekommen“ .. wohl gemerkt mein kleiner Zwerg - 4 Monate alt - hat das alles auf meinem Arm mitbekommen.. im Stiegenhaus hat sie mir dann noch nachgeschrien ich bin so jung(ich bin 27) soll mich nicht aufregen .. Es ist ja schon fast lustig wie verbittert die 2 älteren Damen sind .. und für sowas müsste man Privat zahlen. D	Daniel Fuchs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe angerufen wegen eines Gerstenkorns. Am Anfang wurde mir mitgeteilt das Fr. Dr. Wahlärztin ist und ich bitte zu einem Kassenarzt gehen soll. Leider habe ich angerufen weil ich zu einem Wahl Arzt wollte. Außerdem tut es mir leid, dass ich eine Stimme habe, die klingt als würde ich den Wahl Arzt nicht bezahlen können, anders kann ich mir das leider nicht erklären. Fr. Dr. hat bis 13:00 Ordination. Leider arbeite ich jeden Tag bis 12:00. Deswegen wollte ich einen Termin um 12:15. Leider war das nicht möglich da Fr. Dr. ja pünktlich nach Hause mag und deswegen Termine nur bis 12:00 vergeben werden. 12:05 und 12:10 waren auch keine Alternative für die Dame lol Ich musste leider jeden 2ten Satz wiederholen, da kein Mensch in der Ordination fließend Deutsch spricht oder versteht. Unter allem! Das schlimmste was ich je bei einem Arzt erlebt habe- Called because of a barley grain. At the beginning I was informed that Fr. Is a doctor and I should go to a doctor. J	Jasmine Ewald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Sohn (10 Jahre) hatte einen Termin und wir mussten nicht einmal 5 Minuten warten. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr nett und hat sich auch sehr nett mit mir und meinen Sohn unterhalten. Die Frau Dr. war sehr nett, hat sich Zeit genommen und meinen Sohn alles genauestens erklärt was sie macht und auch warum sie das macht. Zwischendurch hat sie auch mit ihm herumgescherzt was ihm die Nervosität komplett genommen hat. Immer wieder würde ich mir hier einen Termin machen und kann diese Praxis nur weiterempfehlen. My son (10 years old) had an appointment and we did not even have to wait 5 minutes. The lady at the front desk was very nice and talked very nice with me and my son. Dr. med. was very nice, took time and explained everything to my son exactly what she does and why she does it. In between, she also joked with him what the nervousness has taken him completely. Again and again I would make an appointment here and can only recommend this practice.
A	Alexander Suarez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mögen keine Kinder, Leider sind die zwei Damen sehr unfreundlich sowohl die Assistentin als auch die Frau Dr. und Kinder mag sie auch nicht glaub ich. Ich verstehe nicht wie solche Personen einen solchen Beruf ausüben dürfen wenn sie nicht dafür geeignet sind. Meinen Frau war in der Ordination weil wir unseren Kind kontrollieren lassen mussten, sie wartete im Warteraum mit meinen Sohn und meine 5 Jährige Tochter die mit ihren Tablett spielte (Ton war normal) , als die Fr. Dr. aus der Ordination raus kam begann sie meine Tochter anzuschreien sie solle es leiser machen und das es in der Ordination leise sein muss weil sie ihre ruhe möchte, worauf hin natürlich meinen Frau aufgestanden ist und der Fr. Dr. gesagt hat sie solle unsere Tochter nicht anschreien das es andere Möglichkeiten gibt wie man es sagen kann, aber sie hat es nicht verstanden und diskutierte weiter sie meinte es ist ihre Ordination und sie hat ihre Regeln worauf hin meine Frau die Ordination verlassen hat. Deutsch beherrschen sie auch nicht kann sein dass sie deswegen nicht gut verstehen wenn man mit ihnen spricht. Ich hatte einen Termin für meine Tochter und war 3 Minuten zu spät. Sie wollte uns nicht mehr empfangen. Ich versuchte ihr zu erklären, dass meine Tochter gerade kam von der Schule und wir fuhren 45 Minuten bis zur Ordination. Ich erwähne, dass wir beim ersten Termin 45 Minuten gewartet haben, bis sie uns drinnen empfangen hat. Kein Wunder, dass keiner von beiden in diesem Alter einen Ehemann hat. I have met unmarried old women like the Băcilă sisters, but never so mischievously. I had an appointment for my daughter and was 3 minutes late. She didn't want to see us anymore.
