★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man muss es nicht verstehen, aber wenn man ein Hemd einzeln kauft kann man es problemlos umtauschen wenn man es in einem Set kauft nicht - obwohl man mit der Ware nicht einmal den Shop verlassen hat.
Tja das nächste mal Amazon, da wird nicht versucht mit nicht logischen Regeln die Kunden zu vergraulen!
 You don't have to understand it, but if you buy a shirt individually you can easily exchange it if you don't buy it in a set - even though you have not even left the shop with the goods.
Well next time Amazon, there is no attempt to scare off customers with non-logical rules!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the most unpleasant experience yesterday at the Olymp store. There was nobody to help me choose a shirt or help me with shopping. After a while I found someone who did not speak English did not smile and was not friendly at all. Because I did not know my measurements by heart she made a remark asking whether I had ever worn a shirt in my life. I consider this extremely rude and we stopped shopping right away. It would be great if the store manager could do something about the attitude present at this store - until this is not remedied, I cannot recommend the store to anyone looking for a good shopping experience.
