L	Laura Frank on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Lage is toll Garten is spitze alles im allem preiswert und gemütlich :) Da Heimleiter is a ganz sympathisch ^^ The location is great, the garden is great, all in all inexpensive and cozy :) Since the home manager is a very personable ^^

Empfehlenswert. ?? As a neighbor of the dormitory, I became aware of the garage, the dormitory manager Markus was able to organize a parking space for me without any complications and, above all, quickly. Recommended. ??

Y	Yael Lever on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The twin room you see on their website is a photo of the large room. If you're renting via OeAD or simply paying for a regular room you will be getting a smaller one, the tiniest room, fit for a single person but housed with two. The extra furniture (another bed, desk, cupboard etc) barely leave any space to move in the room: between the two beds there's the smallest space, one that can fit a single person while standing (and that's all the space in the room) and only one of the chair-wide desks actually has enough room behind it for a chair so actually only one person can sit at a desk at a time. Also, the dorm allows in-door smoking, which means that the tenants smoke in the only common room available:the kitchen. So coming to Grosse Schiffgasse be prepared to eat, breath and smell cigarette smoke all day, everyday. Lastly, in terms of value, I paid 328 euros a month for a bed in a ridiculously small room while one can easily find a single room in a flatshare (with one other flat mate as opposed to 20) in a single digit district for 350. All in all would not recommend this hall.

C	Chiara Lesa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great position in the city center. Everything is super new and still cheap rent. The gym is great, rooms are comfortable and warm, the common areas are always clean and spacious.
