Man sieht das ihr der Job spaß macht. All very professional and very nice. Especially the assistant who prepared me for the anesthesia ❤️. You can see that she enjoys the job.

A	Alex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selbst für einen Angsthasen wie mich war die Gastroskopie in dieser Ordination kein Problem. Der Arzt Nett und die Krankenschwestern haben einen Schmäh drauf. Nach dem Anruf bekam ich nach 3 Werktagen einen Termin. Am Behandlungstag war die Wartezeit 10 Min. Die Ordination ist Top !!! Even for a coward like me, the gastroscopy in this practice was no problem. The doctor Nice and the nurses have a joke on it. I got an appointment 3 business days after calling. On the day of the treatment, the waiting time was 10 minutes. The ordination is great!!!

Sehr freundliche Empfangsdamen ,die sowohl telefonisch als auch am Schalter sehr höflich und kompetent die Vorbereitungen für die Untersuchungen erklären. Am Tag der Untersuchung hatte ich keine Wartezeit, alle Abwicklungen waren rasch,professionell und freundlich. Dr.Perl strahlte Ruhe und Zuversicht aus .Ebenso erging es mir mit den Krankenschwestern, die nette Worte mit mir wechselten .Im Aufwachraum war ich bestens versorgt und das Personal kümmerte sich liebevoll um das Wohlergehen aller Patienten.Die Entlassung erfolgte genauso schnell und höflich mit noch einigen Anweisungen. Ich habe mich in dem tollen, sauberen und entspannten Ambiente von Dr.Mach und Dr.Perl sehr willkommen und wohlgefühlt. Ich kann dieses Zentrum bestens weiterempfehlen. I got an appointment for the gastroscopy and colonoscopy within a week. Very friendly receptionists who explain the preparations for the examinations very politely and competently both on the phone and at the counter. I didn't have to wait on the day of the examination, everything was done quickly, professionally and friendly. Dr.Perl exuded calmness and confidence. I felt the same way about the nurses who exchanged nice words with me. I was well looked after in the recovery room and the staff lovingly took care of the well-being of all patients. Discharge was just as quick and polite some more instructions. I felt very welcome and comfortable in the great, clean and relaxed atmosphere of Dr.Mach and Dr.Perl. I can highly recommend this center.
