m	merve K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sind die Mitarbeiter hier genau wie bei vielen ÖGK's sehr unfreundlich man muss echt mal glück haben jemand freundlichen zu treffen. Unfortunately, as with many ÖGK's, the staff here are very unfriendly. You have to be really lucky to meet someone friendly.

It's embarrassing that a person behind the phone isn't treated like a human. Ethics is the most important thing in communicating with each other, which sadly doesn't show up with these employees.
H	Helmut Reiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als es noch die Wgkk wahr,wahr es noch in Ordnung aber als Gesundheitskasse ist nicht mal die 2 Sterne wert.Ich hätte Anfang Februar mein Krankengeld vom Jänner erhalten sollen, wenn es gut geht kriege ich es nächste Woche eine Frechheit Sondergleichen.Wenn man da keinen Notgroschen hätte könnte man bald auf der Parkbank schlafen. Aber das ist den Damen und Herren von der Gesundheitskasse sowas von Egal. When it was still the Wgkk, it was still fine, but as a health insurance company it's not even worth the 2 stars. Me and my husband are foreigners and the only "mistake" we did was to not ask if they speak english? Because it was obvious we don't know german very well and the gentleman keep talking to us in german, even when we told him several times WE DO NOT UNDERSTAND YOU!...They did not provide us the information we were needing and we had to go to another office and the difference of the service was HUGE. I am so sorry for the bad mood of those people but it is not our fault and we deserve RESPECT!
