So putting people off with a suspected DVT with an appointment for an ultrasound only “IN ONE WEEK” is already under the dog and a huge mess! ?
B	Benni Wopi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte um 12:00 einen Termin zur dritten SARS-CoV-2 Impfung... Erstmals wird man durch eine super bemühte Kollegin empfangen, welche einem alles erklärt. Dann hat man sich angemeldet und wartet - plötzlich kommt eine (freundliche) Schwester/Ärztin und erklärt mir, dass aufgrund dessen, das ich 2x mit Pfizer geimpft wurde und noch unter 30 Jahre alt bin, das Impfgremium vorschreibt, dass ich mit Pfizer geimpft werden soll, welchen sie nicht haben... Auf Nachfrage, wer denn Pfizer hat, hat sie mich ans Austria Center verwiesen. Also erstmal RIESEN LOB an das Personal, denn bei solch abartig komplizieren Regelungen würde ich überhaupt nicht mehr durchblicken... Jedoch finde ich es fragwürdig, wozu ich meine ganzen Daten inklusive welche 2 Impfstoffe ich bereits hatte und wann diese Impfungen stattgefunden haben, wenn mir die Website des Impfservice.wien eine Impfstelle vorschlägt, welche gar nicht den Impfstoff hat, den ich benötige?!?! Wegen so einem lächerlichen Programmierfehler fahre ich jetzt mit der Kirche ums Kreuz und habe im Austria Center letztendlich keinen Termin und darf warten :/... Had an appointment at 12:00 for the third SARS-CoV-2 vaccination ... For the first time you are greeted by a really hard-working colleague who explains everything to you. Then you signed up and waited - suddenly a (friendly) nurse / doctor came and explained to me that because I had been vaccinated twice with Pfizer and am still under 30 years of age, the vaccination committee prescribes that I should be vaccinated with Pfizer should which they don't have ... When I asked who had Pfizer, she referred me to the Austria Center. So first of all, HUGE PRAISE to the staff, because with such abnormally complicated regulations I would no longer understand at all ... However, I find it questionable why I have all my data, including which 2 vaccines I already had and when these vaccinations took place, if the website of the Impfservice.wien suggests a vaccination center that does not have the vaccine I need?!? ! Because of such a ridiculous programming error, I am now driving around the cross with the church and ultimately have no appointment at the Austria Center and can wait: / ...
M	Money Mak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Damen die am Telefon sind, sind äußerst unhöflich! Man wird behandelt wie als Bittsteller. Selbst wenn man sich auf Informationen der Homepage beruft, wird man nur angeschnauzt. Wenn der Arzt (Dr. Stayner) nicht so gut wäre, würde ich nie wieder einen Fuß dort hineinsetzen! The ladies on the phone are extremely rude! You are treated as if you were a supplicant. Even if you refer to information on the homepage, you are only snapped at. If the doctor (Dr. Stayner) wasn't so good, I would never set foot in there again!

Alle Ärzte sind sehr nett und es werden alle Schritte erklärt !! Du wirst auch kurzfristig eingeschoben wenn ein Patient seinen Termin nicht einhalten kann !!! Spitzenmäßig!! DANKE an alle !!!!! Great that there is a health center! You don't need to look for doctors because everything you need is here! All doctors are very nice and all steps are explained !! You will also be pushed in at short notice if a patient cannot keep his appointment!!! Top notch!! Thanks to all !!!!!
S	Sufi Harvy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach dem Check auf Impfung und Test befindet sich die Gefäß Ambulanz im 3. Stock. Die Wartezeit belief sich auf ca. 30 Minuten. Die Damen am Schalter waren recht freundlich, der junge Arzt bei der Untersuchung extrem nett! Er hat sich viel Zeit genommen, gewissenhaft geschallt und ist mit viel Humor und Liebenswürdigkeit auf Fragen eingegangen. Sehr angenehm. After the check for vaccination and test, the vascular outpatient clinic is on the 3rd floor. The waiting time was about 30 minutes. The ladies at the counter were very friendly, and the young doctor during the examination was extremely nice! He took a lot of time, scrupulously sounded and answered questions with a lot of humor and amiability. Very pleasant.

Blutabnahme und Urinprobe müsste. SIE: Haben Sie eine Überweisung? ICH: Ja! SIE: Von wem? ICH: Vom praktischen Arzt! SIE: Wir haben zu wenig Personal! ....bei einer Überweisung vom Facharzt wäre genügend Personal vorhanden gewesen oder wie ist das zu verstehen????? War das erste und letzte Mal dort!!! Was there yesterday (March 18th, 2022)...after the entrance door, where the disinfectant can be taken, there was a woman who I asked where I had to go for blood and urine samples. YOU: Do you have a referral? ME: Yes! YOU: From whom? ME: From the general practitioner! YOU: We don't have enough staff! .... with a referral from a specialist there would have been enough staff or how is that to be understood????? Was the first and last time there!!!
