Leider muß ich meinen Telefonprovider zusätzlich in Anspruch nehmen, da die Installation selbst auf meinem Handy nicht funktioniert! The customer service is friendly. I got the mobile phone signature today (attention! Driving licenses that are> 40 years old are not recognized). M	Marija Wurzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Kundenservice ist sehr schlecht, angefangen von telefonischen Beratung, wo man auf unfreundliche Weise hin und her geschickt wird um das Problem zu lösen, obwohl der Fehler bei der KK lag. Das Sevice vor Ort ist noch schlimmer, vor allem die Dame am Schalter 5, die sich erlaubt mit lauter und irittierender Stimme mit Kunden zu sprechen. Sie erlaubt sich auch die Krankenakte (die Befunde) welche von den Chefarzt angeschaut gehören genau zu analisieren und vorzubeurteilen, bevor sie dem Arzt(der Ärztin)vorgezeigt worden sind und auch bei der Begleitperson die unangemessene Kommentare über die Patientin zu geben ist ein absolutes NO GO. Das sich der gesundheitliche Zustand der Patientin nach diesen Vorfall verschlechtert hat und mit großen Sicherheit die Heilungsprozess verlängern wird, sollten Sie schon mehr auf die Freundlichkeit des Personals achten. Die Nummervergabe sollte NUR für die Serviceleistung offensichtlich angeschlagen werden! Das Abholen sollte in einem gesonderten Zugang (oder Reihe) ersichtlich sein!!!
