So now I had to deal with it longer for health reasons, but I have to say I have rarely had such friendly and compassionate staff ... So keep it up, thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ABER die Wartezeiten sind der Wahnsinn.
Mindestens 1 Stunde warten um dann 5 Minuten mit dem Arzt/ der Ärztin zu reden ist wirklich zu viel. Den Damen und Herren bei der Anmeldung ist da kein Vorwurf zu machen.
Nebenbei früh kommen zahlt sich nicht aus, da die Leute (anscheinend) ohne System aufgerufen werden.
The staff is very friendly and helpful BUT the waiting times are amazing.
Wait at least 1 hour to talk to the doctor for 5 minutes is really too much. The ladies and gentlemen at the registration is there to make no reproach.
By the way come early does not pay, because people (apparently) are called without a system.

Habe problemlos ein Genesungszertifikat und die elektronische Handysignatur erhalten.
