Unfreundlichkeit steht hier am Programm. "Laut der Zahnärztin sei ein Röntgen nicht nötig. Für was auch? Sie haben ja keine Zeit für Extras." Da die Schmerzen immer noch nicht verschwunden sind , bin ich dann zu einem "echten Zahnarzt" gegangen . Die Wurzel und das Zahnfleisch stehe unter Eiter. Fazit : Bitte geht nicht zum Zahnarzt der Gkk in Zell am See. Die Ärzte die dort arbeiten haben kein Interesse euch zu helfen oder euren Schmerz zu lindern. Please do not go there! As a pain patient on Tuesday I was with unbearable pain and had to wait over 3 hours. Unfriendliness is here on the program. "According to the dentist, an x-ray is not necessary for what?" You have no time for extras. " Since the pain has still not disappeared, I went to a "real dentist". The root and gums are under pus. Conclusion: Please do not go to the dentist of the Gkk in Zell am See. The doctors working there are not interested in helping you or relieving your pain.
S	Sabine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mehr als zufrieden! Ich bin seit Jahren bei Frau Dr. Unterberger in Behandlung und mehr als zufrieden. Immer äußerst freundlich und kompetent. Auch die Damen beim Empfang sind immer freundlich. Ich verstehe daher die negativen Rezessionen nicht - vielleicht wie man in den Wald hineinruft?. Ich wurde am 11.01.2021 wegen Schmerzen schon um 07.05 Uhr drangenommen. Also bevor sie eigentlich richtig aufsperren. BIN ZUFRIEDEN - DANKE More than satisfied! I have been with Dr. Unterberger in treatment and more than satisfied. Always extremely friendly and competent. The ladies at the reception are always friendly too. So I don't understand the negative recessions - maybe how to call into the forest? On January 11th, 2021 I was taken at 7:05 a.m. because of pain. So before they actually unlock it. AM SATISFIED - THANK YOU
B	Blerina Lutfiu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute, 17.05.2021, hatten ich und mein Mann um 7:30 Uhr den Zahnarzt-Termin (mussten auf den Termin schon mal 2-3 Monate warten.) und sie waren nicht fähig uns dran zu nehmen (nach 2 Stunden Wartezeit)!!!! Plus waren 4 andere Personen, die vor uns warteten, die auch nicht dran genommen wurden. Eine Person ist schon sauer aufgestanden und gegangen. Wir konnten es auch nicht mehr aushalten, da wir auch ein Privatleben und andere wichtige Sachen haben (z.B.: Arbeiten), und sind gegangen. Haben uns die Zeitbestätigung (7:30 bis 9:30) geholt. Nie mehr wieder tun wir uns das an!!! Sehr unprofessionell!!! Das macht kein anderer Zahnarzt, bei denen Bekannte von uns waren. Das hat nicht mal ein Stern verdient!!!! Today, May 17th, 2021, I and my husband had the dentist's appointment at 7:30 a.m. (had to wait 2-3 months for the appointment) and they were not able to answer us (after 2 hours of waiting)! !!! Plus there were 4 other people waiting in front of us who weren't picked up either. One person got up angry and left. We couldn't take it anymore, because we also have a private life and other important things (e.g. work), and left. We got the time confirmation (7:30 to 9:30). We will never do this to ourselves again !!! Very unprofessional !!! No other dentist who we knew does that does that. That didn't even deserve a star !!!!

Erst wurde ich von der Sekretärin am Telefon angeschnauzt, dann von Dr. Rathgeb. Ich habe um eine Leistungserstattung angefragt und wurde dann noch zusätzlich (ohne Nachfrage) darauf "hingewiesen", dass es dafür auch "ganz sicher" keinen Krankenstand gibt. Incredibly unfriendly. Not ready to give a personal appointment. First I was snapped at by the secretary on the phone, then by Dr. Rathgeb. I asked for a reimbursement of benefits and was then additionally "pointed out" (without asking) that there is "definitely" no sick leave.
M	Mouaz Oun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute Freitag ist 4/2/2022, um 7:15uhr war mein Termin ich bin 6 Minuten spät gekommen und dann ich habe auf die sekretärin halbe stunde gewartet und mein Termin würde darauf nicht mehr angenommen Ich bin von Bad Hofgastein extra gefahren. Sehr unfreundliches Verhalten gegenüber mir es würde mir keinen Respekt und Anstand entgegengebracht Meine Meinung nach wäre es gut wenn diese Ärztin einmal einen richtigen menschlichen Umgang lernen würde warscheinlich wäre ihr auch zukünftig damit geholfen. Today, Friday, is 4/2/2022, my appointment was at 7:15 a.m. I came 6 minutes late and then I waited for the secretary for half an hour and my appointment was then no longer accepted I drove extra from Bad Hofgastein. Very rude behavior towards me I would not be treated with respect or decency In my opinion it would be good if this doctor once learned how to deal with people properly, it would probably also help her in the future.

Yasir. I am an Auslander as you so elegantly worded it. For a free service, maybe you want them to wipe your bum for you too!? They were brilliant for me. Maybe, just maybe, it was you... :O Tell me honestly, if someone fails the attitude with you, then you will continue to pass the time of day with them?
