Most of the time I only have contact by telephone, but they are always competent and polite. Until now I could always be helped quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese Bewertung entspricht lediglich dem heutigen Besuch: War bei einer Rechnungseinreichung bezüglich eines Punktes unsicher, weshalb ich persönlich vorstellig wurde. Mit dem Erfolg, dass ich außer Ablehnung und patzigem Verhalten der "Empfangsdame" eigentlich genauso gescheit wie vorher wieder gehen musste, ergo dieser Weg war umsonst!!!!! ?????
This evaluation only corresponds to today's visit: Was unsure about one point when submitting an invoice, which is why I made a personal presentation. With the success that apart from the rejection and snotty behavior of the "receptionist" I actually had to go just as cleverly as before, ergo this path was in vain !!!!! ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe in den letzten Jahren immer wieder aus verschiedenen Gründen bei Ihrer Hotline angerufen & muss wirklich sagen, dass ich noch bei keiner Organisation ein so durchgehend positives Kundenerlebnis hatte wie jedes mal bei der BVA Salzburg. Die Kolleginnen an der Hotline sind alle so unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit! Irgendwas müssen sie dort sehr richtig machen. Vielen, vielen Dank! :)
In the past few years I have called your hotline for various reasons and I really have to say that I have never had such a consistently positive customer experience with any organization as I have every time with BVA Salzburg. The colleagues on the hotline are all so incredibly nice and helpful! They must be doing something very right there. Thanks alot! :)

Besonders möchte ich mich bei Frau Dr. Täubl und ihrer Assistentin bedanken, die sehr auf das Wohl der Patienten achten!
I've been a patient at the BVAEB dental clinic for years now and I have to say that the team is doing an excellent job.
I would particularly like to thank Dr. Täubl and her assistant, who pay a lot of attention to the well-being of the patients!
