Ich ging zur Krankenkasse in Schwaz und bat sie um einen neuen E-Card. Der Mitarbeiter, mit der ich das Gespräch durchführte, war sehr unhöflich, frech und gab mir eine falsche Auskunft. Haben bei meiner Bank angerufen ( 2.1.2018) und nach Konto Umsatz gefragt. habe etliche male meine Postanschrift mitgeteilt Sendungen der Post werden an falsche Adresse gesendet und die wundern sich noch das ich die nicht erhalten habe! e -Card obwohl eine Zusendung Adresse angegeben würde überall hin gesendet nur nicht da wo ich die brauche. Letztlich ewiger Mailverkehr und meine genehmigte Verordnung liegt nun bei einem Therapeuten, zu dem ich nie wollte. Ich könne sie mir ja dort holen ... Bürokratie pur.
