★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The old lady who works here is so rude. She can not speak English properly or maybe she does not want to speak English!!! When I tried to understand her and said I can speak only English, she treated me badly and in a rude way!!!! I like Vienna as a tourist but I am so happy that I live in Canada with such nice and unbiased people. I think OBB should do something when a branch has so much negative reviews. Such behaviors of OBB staff will affect OBB's face and Vienna in General.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Give more details about the tickets and the areas they are valid. People come to visit Austria and is unfair for people who have already buy a ticket and they didn't understand that by saying cover Obb transportation doesn't mean and the line to the airport, to make them pay an extra fee of 105 euros, and not an option to buy the right ticket on board.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited it on Aug 21 and was literally shocked with the attitude of ladies who work there. I asked to explain the difference between different types of tickets and the lady with blond hair (Louisa) became aggressive. She asked the head of the agency to help her. However, the manager with long black hair was even more aggressive and she started blaming me for wasting their time because the price difference between tickets was not high. I have a pity fo ladies who work there. It looks like they are very unhappy in general.
