Schlechtestes öffentliches Verkehrsmittel in ganz Europa !!!
 Train is delayed, train has a technical problem, because of a defect in .... it comes to delays ... can not hear it!
Worst public transport in Europe !!!

Die Beratung von Fr. Karin war kompetent und sehr sehr freundlich.
Unsere zukünftigen Reisen werden wir ganz sicher in dieser ausgesprochen netten Athmosphäre buchen.
Since it was the only travel agency that was happy about a booking even in Corona times (short-time work ?).
The advice from Ms. Karin was competent and very, very friendly.
We will definitely book our future trips in this very nice atmosphere.
