Hier hält nur die Linie S3, Zugverbindungen gibt es also nach Linz und Richtung Pregarten und manchmal sogar weiter bis nach Budweis. Umsteigemöglichkeit zu Buslinien vorhanden, die Busstation befindet sich direkt beim Bahnhof, man geht nicht lange. Kleine überdachte Wartehalle mit Sitzplätzen vorhanden. Der Fahrplan ist nur auf Papier vor Ort, es gibt keine Monitore. Der Bahnhof besteht aus zwei Bahnsteigen, einer davon ist modern auf einem guten Stand, der andere jedoch ist viel zu tief und schmal gebaut. Einfahrende Züge werden vom anwesenden Personal persönlich angesagt. Für eine kleine Stadt wie Lungitz ist der Bahnhof gelungen, jedoch kann man ihn trotzdem nicht mit anderen Bahnhöfen vergleichen. Bei einem Unwetter kommen sie dann am nächsten Tag darauf, dass eventuell etwas auf den Schienen liegen könnte, obwohl zurzeit täglich starker Regen/Wind herrscht. Leben die in einer anderen Realität? Ich sag ja nichts wenn es 1-2 Verspätungen im Monat gäbe, aber zurzeit jeden Tag verspätete Züge, sodass ich Anschlüsse verpasse etc. Einfach eine Frechheit.
