Vor allem Herr Weinbub zeichnet sich durch seine unglaubliche Kompetenz und Freundlichkeit aus. Er ist immer erreichbar und löst jedes Problem sofort und in aller Ruhe. Aber auch der Reparaturservice bei Elektrogeräten ist unschlagbar. Der Mitarbeiter repariert nicht nur sehr kompetent die Waschmaschine oder andere Haushaltsgeräte, er gibt zusätzlich noch extrem wertvolle Tipps für die Anwendung und schonende Behandlung. Unsere Familie ist dazu übergegangen, bei Neuanschaffungen erst zu schauen, ob Nopp das jeweilige Gerät anbietet. Und nur falls wir es dort nicht finden, dann gehen wir zu anderen Anbietern. Auch wegen des verlässlichen Service und Beratung weit über den Verkauf hinaus. Danke dafür! Der Monteur kam extra am nächsten Tag noch einmal, weil er vergessen hatte meinen Eltern zu erklären, wie die Kopfhörer funktionieren. Das ist Kundenservice der Extraklasse !!
