★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe die Firma Grabner damit beauftragt Lampen bei mir zu montieren. Es wurde im Vorfeld telefonisch genau besprochen was zu machen ist. Für die Umsetzung erhielt ich einen Termin am Freitag. Obwohl 2 (!) Elektrotechniker vor Ort waren, musste ich mir ab 10 Uhr anhören, dass der gesamte Auftrag heute nicht mehr erledigt werden könnte. Eine Lampe war ein Asienimport und aufgrund der Sicherheitsbestimmungen etwas komplexer zu montieren. Die erste Reaktion der Elektrotechniker war auch in diesem Fall "das können wir nicht machen". Nach mehrfachem Nachhaken meinerseits konnte eine Lösung gefunden werden. An diesem Vormittag wurden insgesamt 2 Lampen montiert und ein Lampenauslass versetzt. Die Arbeiten waren um 11:15 Uhr abgeschlossen, die Zeit bis 11:45 Uhr wurde mit Einräumen des Lieferfahrzeugs und Schreiben der Rechnung verbracht. Im Anschluss wurde großzügig auf 12 Uhr aufgerundet. Die Kosten betrugen rund 550 Euro.
FAZIT:
Wer einen innovativen, lösungsorientierten und fairen Elektriker sucht, ist an anderer Stelle besser aufgehoben.
 I asked the Grabner company to install lamps for me. It was discussed beforehand by telephone exactly what to do. I was given an appointment on Friday for the implementation. Even though there were 2 (!) Electrical engineers on site, I had to hear from 10 a.m. that the entire job could no longer be completed today. A lamp was an import from Asia and due to the safety regulations it was somewhat more complex to assemble. The first reaction of the electrical engineers in this case was "we cannot do this". A solution was found after repeated scrutiny on my part. This morning a total of 2 lamps were installed and a lamp outlet was moved. The work was completed at 11:15 a.m., the time until 11:45 a.m. was spent clearing the delivery vehicle and writing the invoice. It was then generously rounded up to 12 noon. The cost was around 550 euros.
CONCLUSION:
Anyone looking for an innovative, solution-oriented and fair electrician is better off elsewhere.

Wartezeit bis zum Erscheinen eines Technikers - 8 Wochen !
3maliger Versuch die Gastherme zu reparieren bzw den Fehler zu beheben -Erfolglos ! Jedesmal natürlich kräftig Anfahrt und Arbeitszeit verrechnet.
Habe einen Mitbewerber kontaktiert - dieser war nach 2 Tagen vor Ort - Sichtung der Therme, ERKENNEN des Fehlers und Behebung !
Minimaler Aufwand und Kosten.
Fa Grabner wollte solange Komponenten tauschen, bis der Fehler irgendwann verschindet !
NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT !!!!
Stay away from this "specialist company"!
Waiting time for a technician to appear - 8 weeks!
3 attempts to repair the gas boiler or to fix the error - unsuccessful! Every time, of course, travel and working hours are charged.
I contacted a competitor - he was there after 2 days - sighting the thermal bath, RECOGNIZING the error and rectifying it!
Minimal effort and costs.
Fa Grabner wanted to replace components until the error disappeared at some point!
NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte heute wegen Problemen mit der Heizung einen Installateur bei mir.
War pünktlich da hat das Problem auch schnell gefunden und behoben.
Danach auch mehrfach überprüft ob alles so funktioniert wie es soll und hat mir auch genau erklärt was das Problem war und falls es wieder einmal auftreten sollte zumindest in dem Zeitraum bis jemand zur Reparatur kommt weiterhin die Heizung in Betrieb halten kann.
Bedanke mich für die schnelle und kompetente Abwicklung.
Ich hoffe das sie weiterhin auf so kompetentes, freundliches und aufmerksames Personal setzen. Da fühlt man sich als Kunde auch wohl und sicher das alles passt

For years, the maintenance of our gas thermal baths has been carried out by Grabner Haustechnik to the fullest satisfaction. Very competent technicians and great advice. I can only recommend this company for electrical installations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für mich in keiner Weise zufriedenstellend! Ausführung teilweise mangelhaft. Zur Behebung eines Mangels war erhebliche Eigeninitiative notwendig. Ein weiterer Mangel besteht trotz Behebungsversuch nach wie vor. Zudem wurde mir ein Produkt verkauft, das selbst von einem zuständigen Mitarbeiter der Firma Grabner im Internet schlecht bewertet wurde. Das habe ich leider erst lange nach Vertragsabschluss bemerkt. Auch mit der Kommunikation war ich überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Von mir definitiv keine Empfehlung!
In no way satisfactory to me! Execution partially poor. Considerable personal initiative was required to remedy a defect. Another deficiency still exists despite an attempt to correct it. In addition, I was sold a product that was rated badly on the Internet by a responsible employee of the Grabner company. Unfortunately, I only noticed that long after the contract was signed. I was also not at all satisfied with the communication. Definitely no recommendation from me!

1.) Es war ein kurzfristiger Termin möglich (andere kommen erst in Monaten, wenn überhaupt)
2.) Keine unnötigen Arbeiten
3.) Flexibel (hatte den Handtuchwärmer vergessen, der Installateur ist schnell ins Geschäft gefahren und hat es dann sogar in der Zeit geschafft)
4.) gute Arbeit
5.) Freundlich etc.
... was will man mehr?
Super Service!
1.) A short-term appointment was possible (others will only come in months, if at all)
2.) No unnecessary work
3.) Flexible (had forgotten the towel warmer, the plumber drove to the store quickly and even made it in the time)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ zuerst konnte die Therme tagelang nicht repariert werden, dann eine überhöhte Rechnung für eine Nichtleistung... trotz zweimaliger Versuche einen Rückruf zu bekommen, kam dem keiner nach...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anfahrtspauschale brutal hoch, schwerer Fehler bei der Wartung unserer Therme. Nach Wartung keine Rückantwort auf Telefonanruf bzw. E-Mail. Musste anschließend eine andere Firma beauftragen. Diese Fa. ist nicht zu empfehlen "Vorsicht" !
Travel flat rate brutally high, serious error in the maintenance of our spa. No response to phone call or email after maintenance. Had to hire another company afterwards. This company is not recommended "caution"!
