leider kein Stern - aber ohne Stern kein Posting möglich.
Anlässlich meinem Besuch letzter Woche, musste ich mit großer Enttäuschung feststellen, dass ich meinen geplanten Kauf eines Bades samt Einrichtung sicher nicht in ihrem Möbelhaus mache bzw machen kann.
Grund: kein Badplaner, unmotiviertes bzw ausgebranntes Personal und schlechtes Ambiente, fragwürdige Geschäftsleitung!!
Ich war bis zu meinem letzten Besuch in ihrem Haus immer sehr angetan von ihrem Sortiment und ihrem überaus freundlichen und motivierten Fachpersonal.
WAS IST BLOSS LOS IN IHREM HAUS??
meinen Einkauf muss ich wohl bei der Konkurrenz tätigen - da dort auch ein Badplaner zur Verfügung steht und das motivierte, freundliche Personal meinen Erwartungen entspricht.
Ich hoffe das sich in Kürze alles wieder zum Guten wendet in ihrem Haus - zur Zeit wie gesagt kann man ihr Haus bei weitem nicht mehr empfehlen.

On the occasion of my visit last week, I had to find out with great disappointment that I will or cannot make my planned purchase of a bathroom and furnishings in your furniture store.
Reason: no bathroom planner, unmotivated or burned-out staff and bad atmosphere, questionable management!
Until my last visit to your house, I was always very impressed by your range and your extremely friendly and motivated staff.
WHAT'S BARE UP IN YOUR HOUSE ??
I have to do my purchase from the competition - because they also have a bathroom planner and the motivated, friendly staff meets my expectations.
I hope that everything will soon turn out to be good again in your house - at the moment, as I said, you can no longer recommend your house by far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute mit meinem Freund in der Linzer Filiale. Wir wurden gleich am Eingang begrüßt und gefragt was wir suchen. Dann wurde direkt der zuständige Kollege angerufen und informiert, dass wir auf dem Weg zu ihm sind. In allen von uns besuchten Bereichen wurden wir sofort begrüßt und uns wurde Hilfe angeboten. Toller Service!
Today was with my friend in the Linz branch. We were greeted at the entrance and asked what we were looking for. Then the responsible colleague was called directly and informed that we are on the way to him. In all of the areas we visited, we were immediately greeted and offered help. Great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin schon 3 mal im Geschäft gewesen, in verschiedenen Abteilungen und kein Verkäufer hat sich die Mühe gemacht mich zu bedienen, auch nicht, wenn ich sie angesprochen habe. Schade, Sortiment hätte mir gefallen, habe woanders gekauft.
I've been in the store 3 times, in different departments, and no clerk bothered to serve me, even when I approached them. Too bad, I would have liked the range, bought elsewhere.

Aber ich und meine Tochter sind noch sauer auf diese Aktion.
Mein kleiner Sohn hatte Geburtstag, wir haben mehrmals angerufen und den Termin zu bestätigen und andere Details auszumachen.
Als der Tag gekommen war, ist alles nach Plan gelaufen.
Nach einiger Zeit kam dann der Keller und entschuldige sich das ein Fehler passiert sei.
Wir haben die Torte hergeben müssen und alles ( ca. 100€) selbst gezahlt. Unser Glück war das wir selbst noch eine Torte mit genommen hatten, mein 6 jähriger Sohn wäre sonst sehr traurig gewesen
Im Endeffekt müssten wir für den Fehler der Firma einstehen.
Ich werde keine Geburtstagsfeier mehr beim Leiner machen !!! Und auch nicht weiter weiter empfehlen.
It was in October 2021. So quite some time ago.
But me and my daughter are still angry about this action.
It was my little son's birthday, we called several times to confirm the appointment and work out other details.
When the day came, everything went according to plan.
After some time, the basement came and apologized that a mistake had happened.
We had to give up the cake and paid for everything (approx. €100) ourselves. We were lucky that we had taken a cake with us, otherwise my 6-year-old son would have been very sad
Ultimately, we would have to take responsibility for the company's mistake.
I will no longer have a birthday party at the Leiner !!! And don't recommend it.
