Alle waren sehr freundlich, Beratung 1a und vorallem wird auch darauf hingewiesen welche Vor- oder auch Nachteile bestimmte Dinge an den Geräten haben. Generell hatte ich das Gefühl, das alles recht unkompliziert vonstatten geht. Habe auch nach Lieferkosten gefragt, fand ich ebenfalls nicht teuer. Preis des Gerätes war ebenfalls in Ordnung, in Anbetracht der Beratung völlig gerechtfertigt. Kann den Shop nur empfehlen! Bought a dryer today. Bestellung von angeblich lagernden Artikeln online, bis heute 18.11. keine Bestellbestätigung per Mail oder Lieferung, auf Website Bestellung als storniert angegeben. Nochmals bestellt, leider erst danach Kreditkartenkonto kontrolliert, am 11.11. Abbuchung von meiner VISA Karte, allerdings bis jetzt keine Rücküberweisung der Zahlung auf meine Kreditkarte. Weder Mobiltelefon- noch Festnetznummer werden beantwortet., auch jetzt wieder keine Bestellbestätigung. Die Firma war mir neu, deswegen nur einmal eine kleine Bestellung zum Test, ist aber offensichtlich Lehrgeld, das ich gerade bezahle. On November 9th Ordering articles that are supposed to be in stock online, until today 18.11. no order confirmation by e-mail or delivery, on website order stated as canceled. Ordered again, unfortunately only afterwards checked credit card account, on 11.11. Debit from my VISA card, but so far no transfer of the payment back to my credit card. Neither mobile phone nor landline number are answered, again no order confirmation. The company was new to me, so I only placed a small order to test it, but it's obviously a hard time I'm paying.
