Good location is the saving point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 January 2022 - Really disappointed about the hotel facilities not the personal who works there , the girls were so nice and helpful.
About the hotel, super old everything, we didn’t get proper toilet treats , our room didn’t come with heater system , noisy bathroom next to us , you could hear at night the water going through the tubes.
I guess this hotel rate as 4 stars … I doubt about it . Maximum I will give 3.
For the price of 180 for 2 night it’s too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful & historic hotel in a perfect location in Graz altstadt. Friendly staff, clean rooms, classy furnishings. Walk out the door and you'll find any kind of food/drink/shopping that you can ever want. Highly recommend, would stay again.

Breakfast was amazing so good one of the best I have had. Rooms spotless and well maintained. Amazing building and an experience
But terrible internet. Walls are thick but. Limited TV channels for a hotel of this quality
But some front line staff were not to standard. Weekend is not an excuse in a four star hotel.
