Eine Einsicht seitens des Verkäufers würde strikt abgelehnt. Normalerweise müsste der Verkäufer das Auto umstandslos zurücknehmen. Keine Chance. Leider Finger weg! Update 28. September: Danke für Ihre Antwort. Interessant ist es, dass Sie hier Antworten können und auf meinen eingeschrieben Brief nicht. Ja, ich habe damals zur Jaguar Servicewerkstatt gesagt, dass die von Ihnen angeführten Mängel kein Grund sind, den Kaufvertrag rückgängig zu machen. Mittlerweile hat das Fahrzeug 8000 Kilometer und folgende Mängel sind aufgetreten: Türaussenhaut Fahrertür löst sich Kamera, Einparkhilfe hinten - defekt Schaltknauf wurde erneuert, da sich das Leder löste Unterboden rechte Seite löste sich Heckscheibe Wassereintritt Radhauskasten links hinten löste sich obere Lenksäule wurde erneuert Klima Kondensator defekt - Klimaanlage ging für rund 1500 Kilometer. Aktuell wieder defekt. Vermutlich Klimakompressor? Ich denke, dass diese Mängel kein nahezu neues Auto aufweisen darf, denn immerhin hat das Fahrzeug 8000 Kilometer und keine 200000 Kilometer. Wie können Sie mir die Schäden erklären? Ist das bei Ihren Fahrzeugen normal? Was sagen Sie zu den Mängeln? Approx 3 months ago, contacted them first time by e-mail with request for further informations regarding the new Jaguar, advertised on Autoscout. Owner (Mr. Julio), immediately called me back, giving full and detailed description of car I was interested. After went to look the car and since I was very satisfied with car and price, we made a deal very quickly. Owners drove me smoothly through overall process, because car was mentioned to be exported out from Austria. Guys are competent, supportive and flexible. This is only what I can say. During the hand over of car, I received clear user instructions from owners. Additional to all above mentioned, I needed urgently to purchase roof bars for my new Jaguar. After several contacts of local official Jaguar dealers in Croatia and Italy, found only that after couple of weeks phoning and emailing nothing is moving on, even I offer to them to pay in advance. So, I contacted again Mr. Julio in Neuwagenonline.at with request for roof bars. Roof bars arrived in their office next day. Ready to be installed on car. So, to repeat my self: I can strongly recommend this company. The best.
