Der Prozess nach dem Kauf (Zulassung usw) bis zum Erhalt des Autos konnte innerhalb von 1 woche abgewickelt werden. Die Einweisung in die Funktionen des Autos bei Fahrzeugübergabe war sehr ausführlich. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Autokauf und auch wenn wir eine lange Autofahrt hatten, hat es sich durchaus gelohnt! Daher vergebe ich 5 Sterne! Macht weiter so, und großes Danke von Fam. Leihmann! The purchase process and the review of the possible financing went smoothly and quickly. The process from purchase (registration, etc.) to receipt of the car could be completed within 1 week. The briefing on the functions of the car when the vehicle was handed over was very detailed. Overall, I was very satisfied with the car purchase and even if we had a long drive, it was definitely worth it! Therefore I give 5 stars! Keep up the good work, and a big thank you from the Leihmann family!

Habe mit vielen anderen Firmen verglichen, jedoch für die Autoplanet Firma entschieden, da sie mit Abstand die besseren Preise hatten. Bin sehr zufrieden! Der Kauf und die Abwicklung hat reibungslos funktioniert. So soll es sein! Danke! Kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht ganz nachvollziehen, das Auto hatte einen super Preis. Die 3 Verkäufer die anwesend waren, sprachen alle sehr gutes Deutsch, waren hilfsbereit und freundlich. Man kann sich die Autos alleine in ruhe anschauen, danach waren die Verkäufer bereit unsere Fragen zu beantworten. Im endeffekt waren die meisten Autos immer noch günstiger als vergleichbaren Modelle die sonst im internet angeboten wurden! Wir sind äußerst zufrieden und würden beim nächsten autokauf wiederkommen. Can only say positive things. We picked up our car there last week and we were super satisfied. Can't fully understand the negative reviews, the car was a great price. The 3 salespeople who were present all spoke very good German, were helpful and friendly. You can look at the cars alone, after which the salespeople were ready to answer our questions. In the end, most of the cars were still cheaper than comparable models that were otherwise offered on the internet! We are extremely satisfied and would come back the next time we buy a car.

Qualität von Fahrzeug und Service war einwandfrei. Aus meiner Sicht hätte es nicht besser laufen können. Falls ich wieder ein Auto kaufe werde ich mich zuerst hier umsehen. Nochmals Vielen Dank I was extremely satisfied with the advice and helpfulness. Reliable in every respect. The quality of the vehicle and the service was impeccable. Mir fiel sofort auf der Heimfahrt vom Kauf auf, dass da was kracht rechts vorne beim Einschlagen in die Kurve. Bin dann gleich mal weiter zum ÖÄMTC. 3 schwere Mängel (Schaden von €2700.-) wurden am selben Tag noch festgestellt! Es wurde dann auch noch sehr ungehalten mit mir am Telefon gesprochen als ich denen das meldete. Mein Anwalt riet mir, ihm die Möglichkeit zu geben die Sache wieder gut zu machen. Sie hätten dann das Auto abholen und wieder bringen sollen, da ich einen Weg von 2 Std zu ihnen hatte. Auto wurde dann nach nervenaufreibenden Hin und Her abgeholt, repariert, jedoch nicht wiedergebracht. Durfte es dann selbst auch noch abholen. Also ich würde niemandem raten sich dort ein Auto zu kaufen. Total nett bis man kauft und wenn es Ärger gibt, auch noch provokant! I was sold a car with a fresh sticker on it. According to this no defects. Immediately on the way home from the purchase, I noticed that something cracked right up front when turning into a bend. Then I'll go straight to the ÖÄMTC. 3 serious defects (damage of € 2700.-) were discovered on the same day! They talked to me on the phone very indignantly when I reported this to them. My lawyer advised me to give him the opportunity to make things right. Then they should have picked up the car and brought it back because I had a 2 hour walk to them. After a nerve-wracking back and forth, the car was picked up, repaired, but not returned. Was then allowed to pick it up myself. So I wouldn't advise anyone to buy a car there. Totally nice until you buy and if there is trouble, also provocative!
