H	Helmut Pircher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe am Tag der offenen Tür, an dem neben einem voll ausgebauten "Expeditions Ranger" (Geniales Fahrzeug in dieser Konfiguration) viele weitere Produkte ausgestellt waren, fürs Trialfahren ein "Tyre deflator set II" gekauft. Absolut geniales Teil, super Beratung, freundliche Leute. Ich komme wieder auf ein Dachzelt, eine Kühlbox oder was auch immer ich fürs Offroaden oder den Campingurlaub brauchen werde. I bought a "Tire deflator set II" for trial driving on the day of the open door, where many other products were exhibited in addition to a fully developed "Expedition Ranger" (Ingenious vehicle in this configuration). Absolutely brilliant part, great advice, friendly people. I'm back on a roof tent, a cool box or whatever I'll need for the off-road or the camping holiday.

Bei dieser Firma wurde ich super beraten, man hat Zeit für mein Anliegen genommen und mir super Tips für Zukünftige Reisen mitgegeben. Bin mit meinem Kauf vom weissen James Baroud Evasion XXL extremst zufrieden. Was looking for someone in Austria for a long time who can advise me on roof tents. I was given great advice at this company, they took the time to deal with my concerns and gave me great tips for future trips. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of the white James Baroud Evasion XXL.
D	Der Heiler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe am 04.02.20 bei der Firma Adventure Offroad House - Cool-Export, Herrn Peter Pintar mein Dachzelt Evasion abgeholt. Mit dazu bestellt habe ich die Markise. Ich wollte das diese gleich mit montiert wird aber Herr Pintar meinte das diese durch das Salz auf der Straße nur verschmutzt wird und ich diese später montieren sollte. Die Markise war in Folie eingewickelt und ich verlud diese in mein Auto und entlud diese wieder genauso vorsichtig und lagerte die Markise auf einem Regal im Keller. Am 07.05.20 montierte ich die Markise und stellte fest das 3 der 4 Endkappen beschädigt waren. Ich schrieb Herrn Pintar eine email und forderte kosten freien Ersatz für die Endkappen an da diese zu 100% nicht bei/von mir beschädigt worden waren. Als keine Antwort kam und nach 2 erfolglosen telefonischen Versuchen Herrn Pintar zu erreichen, erreichte ich Ihn heute am 09.06.20. Der Gespräch verlief höchst unfreundlich und Herr Pintar behauptete das ich die Endkappen beschädigt habe, was komplett auszuschließen ist. Er verweigerte ebenso den kostenfreien Ersatz. Heute habe ich mich an den Hersteller James Baroud gewandt und wir werden sehen ob dieser kulanter ist als der österreichische Importeur. Ganz klar hier Finger weg und besser in Deutschland kaufen!!! Update zu James Baroud Portugal: JB antwortete mir noch am selben Tag auf meine email uns sicherte mir kostenfreien Ersatz für die Endkappen zu. Weiterhin meinte der AP das diese Endkappen auf dem Transportweg zu den Händlern sehr oft beschädigt werden! Nach kurzer Zeit kam dann der versprochene Ersatz von JB direkt. Fazit: JB ja auf jeden Fall, Cool Export sicher nie wieder. On February 4th, 2020 I picked up my roof tent Evasion from the company Adventure Offroad House - Cool-Export, Mr. Peter Pintar. I also ordered the awning. I wanted this to be installed at the same time, but Mr. Pintar said that it would only be contaminated by the salt on the road and that I should install it later. The awning was wrapped in foil and I loaded it into my car and unloaded it again just as carefully and stored the awning on a shelf in the basement. On May 7th, 2020 I installed the awning and noticed that 3 of the 4 end caps were damaged. I wrote an email to Mr. Pintar and asked for a free replacement for the end caps because they were 100% not damaged by me. When there was no answer and after 2 unsuccessful telephone attempts to reach Mr. Pintar, I reached him today on June 9th, 2020. The conversation was very unfriendly and Mr. Pintar claimed that I damaged the end caps, which can be completely ruled out. He also refused the free replacement. Today I turned to the manufacturer James Baroud and we will see if he is more accommodating than the Austrian importer. Clearly hands off and buy better in Germany! Update on James Baroud Portugal: JB answered my email on the same day and assured me that the end caps would be replaced free of charge. Furthermore, the AP said that these end caps are very often damaged on the way to the dealers! After a short time, the promised replacement from JB came directly. Conclusion: JB definitely, Cool Export for sure never again.

Die negativen Aussagen von vorher können wir nicht bestätigen und sind auch der Meinung das Reklamationen sofort und nicht nach 3 Monaten erfolgen sollten. Sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Zelt..LG ?
