L	Lord Joe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe vor 3 Jahren einen 300er Roller einer anderen Marke mit Totalschaden (Versicherungsfall) zur Reparatur in diese Firma gebracht. Sämtliche Teile mussten aus Korea bestellt werden, da nirgends in Österreich auf Lager. Das wusste ich schon vorher und meine Vertragswerkstatt wo ich den Roller gekauft habe hätte das selbe Problem gehabt. Von daher dachte ich, riskieren wir mal was. Mein Roller wurde bei mir zuhause abgeholt, da er nicht einmal mehr Schiebebereit geschweige den Fahrbereit war. Nach ca. einem Monat war mein Roller abholbereit. Gabel, Seitenverkleidung li/re, Helmfach, Lenker, Armaturen, Lichtmaske, komplette Hebelei li/re, Lackierung, Topcase, Scheibe usw.. wurden ausgetauscht und das Ding sah aus wie frisch vom Band. Also ich kann diese Werkstatt sehr empfehlen! 3 years ago I brought another brand of 300 scooter with a total loss (insurance claim) to this company for repairs. All parts had to be ordered from Korea as they are not in stock anywhere in Austria. I knew that beforehand and my authorized workshop where I bought the scooter would have had the same problem. So I thought let's take a chance. My scooter was picked up at my home because it wasn't even ready to be pushed, let alone ready to drive. After about a month my scooter was ready to be picked up. Fork, side panel left / right, helmet compartment, handlebars, fittings, light mask, complete lever part left / right, paintwork, topcase, disc, etc. were replaced and the thing looked like it was fresh off the assembly line. I can highly recommend this workshop!

Egal, mit welchem Moped oder Kleinmotorrad man auftaucht, es wird einem immer kompetent und unkompliziert geholfen. Riesige Auswahl an Ersatzteilen und au h Neufahrzeuegn sowie der eine oder andere gebrauchte Roller sind zu haben! Bin seit über 25 Jahren Stammkunde. Great company, always very helpful, competent and inexpensive! No matter which moped or small motorcycle you show up with, you will always receive competent and uncomplicated help. A huge selection of spare parts and new vehicles as well as one or the other used scooter are available! Have been a regular customer for over 25 years.

Elektroroller steht seit mittlerweile fast 6 Wochen dort, nach 2 Wochen hieß es auf meine Anfrage, dass der Techniker leider im Urlaub war. Das war vor über einer Woche, jetzt ist der ganze Betrieb für eine Woche auf Urlaub (das hat man mir natürlich auch nicht gesagt, ist am Anrufbeantworter zu hören). Auch keine Antwort auf Mails. Been there a few times, unfortunately one of the promised calls never came. The electric scooter has been there for almost 6 weeks now, after 2 weeks my request said that the technician was unfortunately on vacation. That was over a week ago, now the whole company is on vacation for a week (of course I wasn't told that, you can hear it on the answering machine). Also no answer to mails.
