Super guter Cappuccino, Freundliches Personal ?

absolute unflexibles und unfreundliches Personal. Meine 13-jährige Tochter wollte Birnenbrot und kaufte stattdessen Früchtebrot. Nach nur 5 Minuten wollte sie das in Folie verschweißte Brot wieder zurückgeben - war nicht mehr möglich! Ich würde ja aufgrund der Hygienevorschriften nichts sagen, wenn es sich um frisch Backware handeln würde oder wenn die Rückgabe einen halben Tag später wäre - aber das empfinde ich als extrem kundenabweisend!

Sehr unverschämte Preise bei den belegten Brote. Der Geschmack ist überhaupt nichts besonderes. Für einen belegten Brot 5,10€ zu verlangen ist ein Witz, dazu versuchen sie noch nett auszusehen?

Heute wollte ich etwas kaufen, war mit meinen beiden Kindern unterwegs und meine Tochter hat an der Scheibe geguckt, was sie haben möchte. Dann kam die Dame(kurze, dunkle Haare) keine Begrüssung, nichts & sagt ganz blöd zu meiner 3-jährigen Tochter sie soll nicht mit ihren Händen die Scheibe anfassen. Ich war so enttäuscht und sauer das ich meine Tochter an die Hand genommen habe und wir gegangen sind ohne was zu kaufen. Ich wünsche wirklich niemandem etwas schlechtes und es braucht viel damit ich eine negative Rezension schreibe, aber das hat mir wirklich den Tag vermiest.. wie kann man zu (so kleinen) Kindern nur so unfreundlich sein?

It says on one of the local online news website that this is one of the best bakery in the region.. the products just looks exclusive but the taste is nothing really special. The prices are quite high than the other bakeries. The Topfen Brioche looks good and soft and sweet but it's actually very dry and it almost has no sweetness at all and that's €4.90. The Omlet which is €3.90 just looks special but the taste is seriously nothing special. And to top it all, the elder women who sells were so unfriendly, yes they tried to be friendly but you can feel that it's not sincere. After i bought couple of bread and cakes, which were separately packed, of course i expected to get a paper bag or plastic to put it all in one then when last minute i had to ask for it, as she started attending to another customer, i was told well it's not for free and i said i will pay, she like sarcastically answered, 30 cents.. handed me the flat paper bag, i had to open it by myself and put the things i bought inside. I was still very friendly as i said Ciao but of course why would she even say a thing to me, I'm just another non local citizen. So yeah, maybe this bakery is also exclusive only for the locals. Sad.
