★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This for me Is the best salon in Vienna and I have visited lots .The staff are really nice ,it's a beautiful salon and above all they are great at there job ! It's even won a Stars Luxury Hospitality and Lifestyle Award two years in a row.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive things first: nice interior, attentive staff and centrally located in the 1st district of Vienna
But that´s all I would mention on the positive side. My first visit was for hair-extensions advice and I had to wait for over an hour even though I had an appointment for that day (and an excuse for such a long waiting time doesn´t get me my time back!). The boss of the salon is quite nice on the surface, but when it comes to the value-for-money ratio, you feel ripped-off (I never paid so much for so little - and the worst is that there is no transparency at all because extensions from the brand "hair talk" are not listed online on the website (hair dreams extensions only). To sum up, if you like a good value-for-money ratio and a nice atmosphere where you don´t feel ripped-off, go somewhere else! If you prefer a superficial and exclusive atmosphere lacking transparency when it comes to paying, that´s the place for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best hair salon in Vienna! Beautiful interior and highly skilled stylists. One cut from N11 actually lasts longer than cuts I've had from other salons. Having long, fine hair always meant I had to get the ends trimmed frequently but since coming to N11 it looks magically styled for several months at a time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salon is lovely. They were very kind to fit me in on short notice. I was in Vienna on a Viking cruise (from U.S./Seattle, WA). I had a simple service, done quite well. I was treated so nicely!! I was offered hot coffee or tea and a hand massage while I waited for my color to process. Staff was fabulous!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was my first visit to this beauty salon and I was particularly satisfied with the clean conditions, even the brushes were obviously freshly washed (that not all the hairdressers really do), all in masks. Separate satisfaction for the quality of service, was really happy with the haircut and styling! Careful and caring approach to my hair. I truly recommend!
