Jedoch war an dem Tag viel los und das Personal oder auch der Chef selber mussten nebenbei Telefonate beantworten und Termine machen. Meinen nächsten Termin mache ich auf jeden Fall auch dort. I am satisfied with everything. With the color, with the cut, with the advice. However, the day was busy and the staff or the boss himself had to answer phone calls and make appointments. My next appointment I definitely make there.

Ich kenne mich nicht sehr gut mit frisuren aus und kann meine Wünsche nicht immer verständlich äußern. Jedoch ist das kein Problem, da sie mit meinen sehr Wagen Angaben gut klar kommen und mir meine Wunschfrisur auf den Kopf zaubern.? Er hat sich extra Zeit genommen und mir versichert, dass wir erst aufhören bis ich 100% zufrieden bin. Er hat wirklich sehr gut das braun herausbekommen und mir ein wunderschönes blond gefärbt. Viele Frisöre schaffen es nicht mal auf helle Naturhaare ein schönes natürliches blond zu färben. Er war sehr nett und sehr professionell und ich habe mich als Neukundin wie eine Stammkundin gefühlt und werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! :) Danke für die Rettung! ;) After another hairdresser had dyed my hair from blonde to brown (I just wanted a more even blonde) I desperately called here as a new customer and asked for a very quick appointment to undo this. He took extra time and assured me that we would not stop until I was 100% satisfied. He got the brown out really very well and dyed me a beautiful blonde. Many hairdressers do not even manage to dye a beautiful natural blonde on light natural hair. He was very nice and very professional and as a new customer I felt like a regular customer and will definitely come back! :) Thanks for the rescue! ;)
