★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in without a reservation and was approach by Andreas (i think, because he addressed the other guy as Mathias) and he accepted my walk-in request despite having a full list of reservations. Well, he isn't fluent in English so I thought I was doomed as it would be difficult to convey my preferences in English. To keep things simple, all l I said was "just cut the sides short" and he did an excellent job. The whole haircut took 10-15 mins and his service was great despite the language barrier.
Do take note that they only accept cash and the haircut alone cost €23. So worth it, I would come again if I ever revisit Vienna.
