Because of my mask, which I have to wear for health reasons, was not served and was expelled from the shop. but everything used to be okay and the mascara that I always wear is great as always;)

Habe es nach 4 Tagen immer noch nicht erhalten. Da kann man nur Flaconi empfehlen. Dort hab ich das Parfüm bereits nach einem Tag erhalten. Bei Flaconi sind die Parfüms auch mindestens 30% günstiger. Die Dame am Telefon meinte auch, dass sie es jetzt erst recht später wegschicken wird, weil ich nachgefragt habe. Eine Frechheit!!!! Very bad service. Lady on the phone very rude and annoyed. I ordered a perfume online at a branch. Still haven't received it after 4 days. You can only recommend flaconi. I got the perfume there after just one day. At Flaconi, the perfumes are also at least 30% cheaper. The lady on the phone also said that she would only send it away later because I asked. An impudence!!!!
M	Manuel Daberl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man sollte niemals bei einem Unternehmen online einkaufen wenn dieses Unternehmen mit DPD als Zusteller arbeitet. DPD sind die Schlimmsten. Da wartet man extra zu Hause auf sein Paket und die läuten nicht mal an. Sind sich zu schade Stiegen zu steigen und bringen direkt die Pakete in die Paketshops. Ich hasse DPD und werde deshalb nicht mehr bei Douglas einkaufen!!! You should never buy online from a company if this company works with DPD as a delivery agent. DPD are the worst. You wait at home for your parcel and they don't even ring. It is a shame to climb stairs and bring the parcels straight to the parcel shops. I hate DPD and will therefore no longer shop at Douglas !!!
F	Frieda Gruber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War gestern in Salzburg Getreidegasse in ihrer Filiale, meine Freundin und ich wollten ein Parfüm von Cartier , die Verkäuferin sagte gelangweilt, die gibt's nur im Europark, warum eigentlich, sollen die Kunden doch nicht in der Innenstadt kaufen !!!!!! Was in her branch in Getreidegasse yesterday in Salzburg, my friend and I wanted a perfume from Cartier, the saleswoman said bored, it's only available in Europark, why shouldn't customers buy in the city center !!!!!!

Gestern schickte ich eine Frage, wann mein Paket versendet wird – ich erhielt eine Antwort, dass das Paket am Dienstag (heute) verschickt wird.... Heute habe ich die gleiche Antwort erhalten – das Paket wird am Mittwoch verschickt. Diese Firma ist unseriös, ich werde es nicht so lassen! I placed my order on Friday 11.12.2022, I didn't get an email that my order was on its way. Yesterday I sent a question when my package will be sent - I received an answer that the package will be sent on Tuesday (today)... Today I received the same answer - the package will be sent on Wednesday. This company is dishonest, I will not leave it that way!
P	Passant Fahim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a shame ! I just got a new mascara for 23 Euros and the lady allowed me only one perfume tester claiming that I can’t take more than one ! It was one more tester that I was interested to try. Sellers at shops must do more trainings about importance of samples for customers , specially that I’m not a fake one ! I did but from the store . Companies provide such samples not for sellers to decide what to do with it , seems like they have no clear sample strategy from their managers.
