Vor allem ich als Stammkunde hier schon seit Jahren kann bemerken wie gearbeitet wird. Gurken sind nicht und waren nie hier vorhanden. Und dass alles vor meinen Augen im Restaurant. Anstatt eine Entschuldigung zu bekommen, bekam ich nur ein grinsen vom Koch. Eines ist sicher, einen Stammkunden habt ihr verloren und Japanika ist nicht mal annehrend dem was es einmal wahr! If you take a closer look at the menu, you will see under California Maki that a lot of things are missing here. Above all, as a regular customer I have been able to notice how work is going on here for years. Cucumbers are not and have never been here. And all of that in front of my eyes in the restaurant. Instead of getting an apology, I just got a grin from the cook. One thing is for sure, you have lost a regular customer and Japanika is not even close to what it used to be!
