D	David on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dieser "Teleshop" besteht nur aus Paketen diverser Lieferunternehmen. Lange Wartezeit und das Paket sowie der Inhalt waren beschädigt, wodurch ich es erst recht in einem anderen, näheren Shop zurückschicken musste. Eigene Handelswaren sind in einem winzigen Regal hinter der Kasse zu sehen und werden wohl als Alibi gehalten um dieses Paketlager als "Geschäft" zu bezeichnen. This "teleshop" consists only of packages from various delivery companies. Long waiting time and the package and its contents were damaged, which meant I had to send it back to another, closer shop. Own trade goods can be seen on a tiny shelf behind the cash register and are probably used as an alibi to call this parcel warehouse a "business".
S	Susanne K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin zwar Ultimativ genervt von GLS, dass der Abholshop gute 30min von meinem Wohnsitz entfernt ist, jedoch kann der Shopbesitzer hier denke ich nichts dafür. Der Herr bei der Abholung war sehr freundlich und hat auch geholfen, das Paket auszupacken, sodass ich es in meine Tasche rein bekomme. Die Schachtel durfte ich dort lassen - der Service war wirklich nett. I'm ultimately annoyed by GLS that the pick-up shop is a good 30 minutes away from my home, but I don't think the shop owner can help it. The gentleman at the pickup was very friendly and also helped to unpack the package so that I can get it into my bag. I was allowed to leave the box there - the service was really nice.

D	Der Vorleser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instead of delivering a small parcel to my address, GLS chose to dump it in this small joint 5 km away. Why? I have no idea. But this is GLS's issue, not Musti's. The guy (friendly enough) found my item immediately, which is quite a feat, given the chaos of boxes and packages he had to navigate. The place is in a shopping mall-like structure at the center of the huge 'Rennbahnweg' housing project.
A	Amy Van Assche on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man is really friendly. He finds parcels very quickly and goes out of his way to hold the door open for customers with kinderwagons. Unfortunately I think he got a bad deal with GLS as there are frequently lines of people (delays caused by the parcel not being at shop).
