War um 15:55 Samstag dort habe mich extra beeilt um es zu holen stand bereits 5 Minuten vor Ladenschluss dort allerdings vor verschlossener Türe und uns wurde vor der Nase das Licht abgedreht. Sehr schade habe es mir dann beim köck um den selben Preis geholt und bei Electronic4you storniert. Werde auch künftig nichts mehr kaufen dort. Normal komme ich eh nicht so auf den letzten drücker allerdings heißt für mich 16 Uhr das man erst dann beginnt das Geschäft zu schließen hätte sicher nicht länger als 3 min gedauert es zu nehmen, bezahlen und zu gehen. Sehr schade. I ordered a device worth 140 and wanted to pick it up. Was at 15:55 Saturday I was in a hurry to get it 5 minutes before the shop closed but there was a locked door and the light was turned off in front of us. It was a real shame that I got the köck for the same price and canceled it at Electronic4you. Will not buy anything there in the future. Normally I don't get the last push anyway, but for me it means 4 pm that you only start to close the shop would not have taken more than 3 minutes to take, pay and leave. It's a shame.
t	traum wiese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ einmal und nie wieder. meiner frau wurde als weihnachtsgeschenk ein billig-akkuschrauber von makita um immerhin € 140! angedreht bei dem nicht mal die akkus zu den üblichen makitageräten kompatibel sind. und jetzt dürfen wir das originalverpakte ding nicht einmal gegen etwas besseres eintauschen. absolute abzocke! wir werden uns an den konsumentenschutz wenden. 0 von 5 punkten once and never again. my wife got a cheap cordless screwdriver from makita for € 140 as a christmas present! turned on where not even the batteries are compatible with the usual makita devices. and now we are not even allowed to exchange the original packaged thing for something better. absolute rip off! we will turn to consumer protection. 0 out of 5 points
J	Jini Daasch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erstmal haben sie ja tolle Angebote, der Kundenservice ist aber eine Katastrophe. Letzten Samstag einen Fernseher bestellt, es hieß der käme sicher bis Dienstag an. Am Montag wurde er auch mit der Post verschickt und stand auch Dienstag wird geliefert. Heute ist Freitag und kein Fernseher in Sicht. Okay, erstmal nicht der Fehler bei electronic4you, aber...am Mittwoch mal nachgefragt was wir tun können,da mittlerweile wieder direkt im Shop Fernseher verfügbar waren.Wir würden ihn dann eben selbst abholen. Nach 10mal anrufen endlich jemanden erreicht, dieser wollte bei der Post den Auftrag stornieren und uns dann zurückrufen. Der Anruf kam nie. Wir haben mittlerweile in 2 Tagen mind.50 mal versucht jemanden zu erreichen,aber ans Telefon geht keiner. Den Auftrag habe ich heute storniert, schriftlich natürlich,und habe von meinem Rücktrittsrecht gebrauch gemacht. Auch darauf in den letzten 7 Std. null Reaktion. Ich hoffe nur das Geld wird wieder Rückgezahlt, sonst setzen wir weitere Schritte ein. Ganz miserabler Kundenservice. 1 Stern nur, weil die Ware wirklich schnell versendet wurde. Der Rest leider eine Katastrophe First of all, they have great offers, but customer service is a disaster. Ordered a television last Saturday, it was sure to arrive by Tuesday. On Monday it was also sent by post and was also delivered Tuesday. Today is Friday and there is no television in sight. Okay, not the mistake at electronic4you at first, but ... asked what we could do on Wednesday, as TVs were now available again in the shop and we would pick them up ourselves. After 10 calls, someone finally reached them who wanted to cancel the order at the post office and then call us back. The call never came. We have tried to reach someone at least 50 times in 2 days, but no one answers the phone. I canceled the order today, in writing, of course, and exercised my right of withdrawal. Again there has been no response in the past 7 hours. I just hope the money will be paid back, otherwise we will take further steps. Very poor customer service. 1 star only because the goods were shipped really quickly. The rest, unfortunately, is a disaster
W	Ws Wie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARUM wird meine 1-Stern Bewertung immer wieder GELÖSCHT ?????? 23.8.2021 Einmal und nie wieder ... Ich wollte mit dem Kauf meiner Ware die Fa. Majdic, ein österr. Unternehmen mit Sitz in Klagenfurt, fördern. Im Nachhinein stellte sich das als Fehler heraus. Es geht hier um die Niederlassung in Wien 21. Ich kaufte einen E-Scooter Marke Xiaomi, bei dem nach kurzer Zeit Mängel und ein Produktionsfehler auftraten. Alle Xiaomi-Scooter der ersten Serie haben dasselbe Problem, der Kotflügel bricht immer wieder. Beim Nachfolgemodell wurde das mit Streben verstärkt und verbessert. Der Mangel wurde anfangs behoben, doch schon nach kurzer Zeit war auch der Ersatz wieder kaputt. Die neuerliche Reparatur wurde abgelehnt. Daraufhin habe ich Wandlung geltend gemacht. Die Mitarbeiter weigerten sich den Kaufpreis zurück zu erstatten. Sie unterstellten mir den Fehler absichtlich herbei geführt zu haben. Als ich auf die gesetzliche Gewährleistung hinwies, reagierten sie unfreundlich, inkompetent und teils sogar aggressiv. Ich war gezwungen einen Rechtsanwalt einzuschalten, erst dann wurde der Kauf rückabgewickelt. WHY is my 1-star rating DELETED again and again ?????? 8/23/2021 Once and never again ... With the purchase of my goods I wanted to promote the Majdic company, an Austrian company based in Klagenfurt. In retrospect, this turned out to be a mistake. This is about the branch in Vienna 21. I bought a Xiaomi e-scooter, which after a short time showed defects and a production error. All Xiaomi scooters of the first series have the same problem, the fender keeps breaking. In the successor model, this was reinforced and improved with struts. The deficiency was initially corrected, but after a short time the replacement was broken again. The new repair was refused. Then I asserted change. The employees refused to refund the purchase price. They accused me of deliberately causing the mistake. When I pointed out the legal guarantee, they reacted unfriendly, incompetently and sometimes even aggressively. I was forced to hire a lawyer, and only then was the purchase reversed.

Wrote two emails, asking for help, not a single response. More than unprofessional because even if they responded right now, the return/replace policy has expired!
