★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although they claim that they accept returning products after 14 days (ohne wenn und aber), I had an awful experience today, and I realized that it is not true.
I bought the TomTom navigation on 11th August the sales guy at first claimed it is now on 15th day. He meant it was too late.
Then he kept looking for excuses. As I have used the device for some days to check if I can continue using it in there was tiny scratch of my Neils on the display so he said that he's going to talk with his bosses if you can accept this product
When he came back he said he's going to charge 20 Euro for that and he claimed that I dropped the device and that's why I had that tiny scratch.
I once bought a computer from Hoffer Indiana laws returning the computer even after 1 months no question asked. Saturn sucks Hofer rocks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depending on what one is looking for, it's great. But when it's busy the shop assistants are over subscribed and when it's quiet, they're invisible. Burnt, when they are to be found they're good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sold me a 1300€ Samsung Galaxy S5 Ultra which, when I opened it at home had a scratch on the display. When I wanted to exchange it one day later they didnt give me a new phone and told me they wouldnt be able to change it again. I will never buy anything from Saturn or Mediamarkt again. How can this happen and how can you tread your customers, that are willing to spend that amount of money in your shop that bad?

If there was possibility to give zero stars, would give them zero. Have ordered almost 2 moths ago Samsung galaxy s 20 plus, they lost my package. And now wanted to send me Samsung galaxy FE, because how thay wrote me first is sold out. But they still selling the same phone with bigger price. Media Markt will never see me again that is for sure. People be careful when you buying by this company, because they are layers. And plus you don't have possibility to talk to someone from office, thay made Kundenservice which can not gave you any answer. They can only pass the information to the office and that's it. And people whose "WORKING" ( not working at all) in office will never contact you even if I asked Kundenservice several times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ big selection of electronics but customer service cannot be top rated unfortunately. I wanted to return something that was faulty and I spent around half an hour until this whole ordeal was over with some grumpy salesman. I think that the management should be better organized as to who is responsible for what in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to the pandemic,unfortunately, looks like they are understaffed, which is not that good for selling goods especially before the Christmas holidays. Found myself a beautiful USB powered Desktop speakers for 7 euros with the taxes 77 cents. The company's name is Ednet. At the cashier's the system showed 19.99 which was a mistake. The lady cashier was very kind and polite. Millennium city center.
