K	Karin Vogl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasserschaden Reparatur ist Fake. Hab 50€ bezahlt, und nach 1,5 Std. ging das Handy auch vorübergehend wieder. Nur der Akku war nicht mehr aufladbar. Leider hat man vergessen zu erwähnen, dass die "Reparatur" nur 1 Stunde, oder 1 Tag, oder wielange auch immer halten könnte. Also kann man das nicht Reparatur nennen, maximal als Versuch zu bezeichnen. Da wird einem nur das Geld aus der Tasche gezogen. Water damage repair is fake. I paid 50 €, and after 1.5 hours the cell phone was temporarily back. Only the battery was no longer rechargeable. Unfortunately, it was forgotten to mention that the "repair" could only last 1 hour, or 1 day, or however long. So you can't call it a repair, or at most call it an attempt. It just takes the money out of your pocket.
C	Cyber Uhu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mein Handy zu Mr. Phone mit einem vermeintlichen Displaybruch gebracht. Vereinbart wurde auch, dass versucht wird, das alte Panzerglas auf das neue Handy wieder anzubringen - was jedoch nicht gemacht wurde. Also habe ich das alte Display samt Panzerglas mit nach Hause genommen und Zuhause bemerkt, dass die vorhandenen Sprünge lediglich im Panzerglas und nicht im Display waren. Es wurde also um € 149,- ein völlig intaktes Display gegen ein neues getauscht! Bei meiner sofortigen telefonischen Reklamation wurde vereinbart, das alte (intakte) Display wieder zurückzutauschen - ich würde € 109,- für das Display zurückbekommen und müsste somit "nur" die Arbeit mit € 40,- bezahlen. Am nächsten Tag im Shop musste ich jedoch plötzlich € 50,- für die Arbeit bezahlen. Gerechtfertigt wurde das damit, dass der Chef sich am Telefon dann so umentschieden hätte. Als Grund für den unnützen Displaytausch wurde angegeben: "....sie haben das gemacht was ich Ihnen in Auftrag gegeben hätte". Das stimmt zwar grundsätzlich, jedoch erwarte ich von einem professionellen Unternehmen, dass ich darauf aufmerksam gemacht werde, wenn das vermeintlich defekte Teil gar nicht defekt ist! Außerdem geht gar nicht, eine am Telefon vereinbarte Abmachung am nächsten Tag zu ändern. Sorry, das war unprofessionell! Am Foto zu sehen : das defekte Panzerglas I brought my cell phone to Mr. Phone with a supposed display break. It was also agreed that an attempt would be made to replace the old bulletproof glass on the new cell phone - but this was not done. So I took the old display with the bulletproof glass home and noticed at home that the cracks were only in the bulletproof glass and not in the display. So it was exchanged for € 149, - a completely intact display for a new one! In the case of my immediate complaint by telephone, it was agreed to exchange the old (intact) display back - I would get € 109.00 back for the display and would therefore "only" have to pay the work with € 40.00. The next day in the shop, however, I suddenly had to pay € 50 for work. This was justified by the fact that the boss would have changed his mind on the phone. The reason for the useless display exchange was given: ".... they did what I would have asked you to do". This is true in principle, but I expect a professional company to inform me if the supposedly defective part is not defective at all! In addition, it is not possible to change an agreement agreed on the phone the next day. Sorry, that was unprofessional! The photo shows: the defective bulletproof glass

Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und Professionell. Kann nur weiterempfehlen. Supper prices and good quality spare parts. Cell phone was repaired within an hour and worked perfectly. Staff very friendly and professional. I can only recommend it.

It would be nice to mention that NOT every smartphone is made fit again. Then at least I could have saved myself the journey.
