Die Brille wurde zurückgenommen und ich konnte mit einem kleinen Aufpreis mir eine neue bessere Brille aussuchen. Von dieser Brille bin ich nun begeistert. Danke an das Team After a while I was not satisfied with the quality of my varifocals. The glasses were taken back and I was able to choose new, better glasses for a small additional charge. Auch wenn es mal länger dauert, wird für einen das perfekte Brillen Model gesucht und gefunden, es wird auf die Bedürfnisse und die Art der Brille bestens eingegangen, die Versicherung zahlt sich auch bestens aus, und alles wird ausführlich und super erklärt. Deswegen kann ich Fielmann nur weiterempfehlen! I have been feeling well and in good hands with Fielmann and especially with optician Mr. Schönleitner Roland since the first minute! Even if it takes longer, the perfect glasses model is searched for and found, the needs and type of glasses are well catered for, the insurance pays off well, and everything is explained in great detail. Das freundliche Team hat mir die Brille kostenlos gerichtet. Bei der Gelegenheit einen neuen Sehtest gemacht und über meine dort bestehende Versicherung kostenlos eine super neue Brille angefertigt.
