Da ich mir über den Stiel und die Form der neuen Brille noch unklar war, war ich froh dass mich die nette Verkäuferin Fr. Moser gleich angesprochen hat um zu helfen. Die erste Brille die sie für mich ausgesucht hat war gleich Perfekt, habe zwar dann noch 3-4 andere Modelle probiert kaufte jedoch dann die erste. Bin absolut begeistert vom guten Auge der jungen Dame, der tollen Beratung und dem Service. 100% Weiterempfehlung!!! I came to Pearle in the Varena looking for new sunglasses. Since I was still unclear about the stem and the shape of the new glasses, I was glad that the nice saleswoman Fr. Moser contacted me straight away to help. The first glasses she chose for me was perfect, I tried 3-4 other models but then bought the first one. I am absolutely thrilled by the good eye of the young lady, the great advice and the service. 100% recommendation !!!

Die Verkäuferin (Frau Brigitte H.) nahm sich ausreichend Zeit mit mir gemeinsam die passende Brille zu finden und ging dabei auch problemlos auf meine Wünsche ein. Die Brille war nach einer Woche zur Abholung bereit und anschließend wurde sie noch entsprechend angepasst, sodass sie nun optimal sitzt. Gerne komme ich wieder! Very competent and friendly advice. The saleswoman (Mrs. Brigitte H.) took enough time with me to find the right pair of glasses and went straight into my wishes. The glasses were ready for pickup after a week and then they were adjusted accordingly, so that they now sit optimally. I am happy to come back!

Selten wo so nette, freundliche, bemühte Mitarbeiter aufgefunden. Ihr seit alle TOP. Weiter so. Ich hoffe euer Chef Lobt euch ab und zu. Das ist sehr wichtig. Danke für meine neue Brille. A great selection, something for everyone. It doesn't matter when you visit the store. You are always greeted and treated in a friendly manner. Seldom found such nice, friendly, hard-working staff. You are all TOP. Keep it up. I hope your boss praises you every now and then. This is very important. Thanks for my new glasses.

Eine neue Brille online bestellt weil sie günstiger war als im Shop und zack die Werte passen hinten und vorne nicht. Vielen Dank für nichts. Service leaves a lot to be desired. Eye test paid even though it was advertised as free on one page. Ordered new glasses online because they were cheaper than in the shop and the values in the back and front don't match. Thank you for nothing.
