★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para nosotros todo un acierto que fuera un hotel sin contacto ya que dejábamos la habitación a las 3am y además visitamos Viena durante una escala en época de confinamiento. Genial las instrucciones para acceder y localizar el apartamento. Un 10 de limpieza y atención a través de booking.
For us, it was a success that it was a contactless hotel since we left the room at 3am and also visited Vienna during a stopover in times of confinement. Great instructions to access and locate the apartment. A 10 for cleaning and attention through booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Codes to open the door were assigned several times and at midnight people came into my room who thought they had booked the same room and one evening the manager came with police officers to my room and the code I had bought to open the door was questioned. Hotel not recommended for people who need a peaceful atmosphere. Not-Thank you for nightly disturbances and code management!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room could not soundproof if you want to sleep I am not support here ! sorry for this reviewed, But It’s happening with me!! I have a morning flight to back home but could not to sleep because another room or the room downstair (I’m not sure) they are still talking while at 3:30 AM I hope I have to take a sleep before sunrise ~~~~~~~~~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ + Placed near to the central station and a shopping mall, helpful apartment owner, and nice to stay. - Thin sound insulation (expect noises from neighbor), the glass is not that clean, and in my room, there's a hole on the ceiling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "IS NOT A HOTEL" I booked through booking.com price was reasonable and pictures were ok but once you arrive to the location not a sing or logo of "Modern Hotel" is just a door with buch of communicator, door was locked and There is no front-desk or person to help you with check in, I had to call. They send some kind of a link to upload my information, which didn't work properly, than asked me to send them my ID picture by WhatsApp, which doesn't sound legit or safe at all. The hallway are small and with no lights, the place looks creepy and unsafe.
There is nothing to like about this place, it's a scam, they are advertised as a hotel, when in the reality it's some kind of "Airbnb", located at not very safe area. Don't let the picture trick you. at the end "I didn't stay"
