t	tets ruiz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, near to stations. Good breakfast, clean area. OVERALL experience was good except for the towels, they are not changing daily and we requested a large bed however we got 2 single beds.

I like workers at hotel. Good price = good quality. I’m really happy that I choose this hotel. And I’m really want to recommend it everybody whom I knew.
I	Iulian Stoleriu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very nice stay at a&o Wien Hauptbahnhof during 28th of December and 1st of January. We had a booking for two double rooms, close to each other. However, on our arrival (which was one hour after midnight), the staff at the concierge did not find two double rooms close to each other, so they upgraded us (for the same price as in the booking) to two 4-bedded rooms. The rooms were very spacious, clean and quiet, with very comfortable beds, and so we enjoyed our stay. The staff was also kind to let us have a small Silvester party in a corner of the lobby, together with some other friends that were also staying at a&o Wien Hauptbahnhof.

I would like to praise the two guys from the reception, Ari and Marcel, who do their job flawlessly and were of great help to me. Professional for every compliment. I will come again for sure.
