I can't pay anyway
This machine didn't work when I paid by cash and credit card.
Some kindly native people helped me.
He paid for me by his card and I gave him money
There is no way to use it except this way
So terrible !!
After washing, there is no person
to help me again so I couldn't dry. so I have to find other lanudry room with wet my clothes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Are you a tourist? Do not go here. Do not listen to Hotel Staff. Wash & Dry LaundroMat Betriebs is 1.5 miles away but it actually works. Machine would not let me use my contactless card and the money slot looked broken.
Couldn't download the app. Sign in screen kept shutting down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought a bag of laundry a five-block walk from the hotel for nothing. Couldn’t get the system to accept any kind of payment. They have a complicated and “advanced” system with touch screens and instructions in German and English, but none of it worked. The currency slot would not accept a €20 note, and the phone reader could not read my phone even though the pay screen came up. Credit cards have to be contactless. And no one around to help. Totally frustrating experience, and we’ll go home wearing dirty clothes because “green and clean” this place was not!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved it. Super easy to use and fast. We needed to do some laundry as we were backpacking through Europe and we needed something quick and close to the station and open super early. Everything was sparkling! 5 stars!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly chap looking after this place helped me get started. It’s a self service. Instructions are there in German and English. Google translate if you must. I paid using apple pay. You can pay with credit card or purchase their card for 20 euro worth of washing. Plenty of nearby cafes to kill time or just wait and enjoy their free WiFi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to do laundry. They even have machines that both wash and dry so no moving around wet clothes to the dryer! Affordable and super easy to pay for. We paid about 12 Euros for the second to largest wash dry machine. Can't beat that! Also free WiFi available...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They only accept touchless credit cards. They don't take chip instead cards. Also, 6 euros for washing in the smallest machine is far too expensive
