War auf den Buchungswebsiten auch anders beschrieben als erwartet. Habe im Endeffekt umsonst für eine Unterkunft bezahlt die ich nicht benutzen konnte. Bin komplett unzufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft. Werde es in Zukunft nicht mehr buchen wenn ich in Graz bin: ?? Poor service, bad location, I could not reach the keys. Neither by email, nor by mobile phone. Was also described differently on the booking website than expected. In the end I paid for an accommodation that I couldn't use for free. I am completely unhappy with this property. Will not book it anymore in the future when I am in Graz: ??
P	Paula Skylee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KEINENFALLS WEITER ZU EMPFEHLEN!!! Dieses Zimmer ist furchtbar, das Stiegenhaus sieht aus aus würde es gleich zusammen brechen ! Die Schlüssel übergeberin kann kein Deutsch und kein Englisch ! Es gibt keine Heizung Tür und Fenster sind undicht ! Die Küche fällt fast auseinander ! Das Bett macht laute Geräusche wenn man sich nur reinsetzt ! Polster und decken bestehen aus einem so komischen Stoff das es kaum warmhalt! Heruntergekommen bis zum geht nicht mehr! Sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt da schlafe ich lieber unter der mur Brücke ! NEVER RECOMMEND IT !!! This room is terrible, the staircase looks like it would collapse! The key handover cannot speak German or English! There is no heating door and windows are leaking! The kitchen is almost falling apart! The bed makes loud noises when you just sit down! Upholstery and blankets are made of such a strange fabric that it hardly keeps warm! Coming down to no longer works! I've never experienced anything like that, I prefer to sleep under the Mur bridge!
