E	Eric Souza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They offer family rooms, but it is not a só friendly place to be with kids. Rooms are not well isolated in regards to noise, so you can hear people talking and walking at corridors all night long. Rooms are also super hot, as they are not equipes with air conditioning, and a huge part of the building get sun all afternoon / evening long. As the street is busy, opening windows is an invite to a lot of noise. Value for money is ok, the breakfast is good for the price you pay.

Bad service at the reception desk. The beds are really stiff, almost rock hard, I think it would be softer to sleep just on the floor. Like I said go there only on a budget and if you're staying just 1 night.

I	Ivan Sieb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have booked a room on Tuesday , 16th of November, 1day before travel. They sent us confirmation email with the information that we need to have 3g proof. On Wednesday 17th of November, we arrived to the hotel and they rejected us to check in due the rules has been changed on 15th (!!) of November, and only 2g proof accepts. They did nothing to help us or to advice what we can do in that situation. I have called to customer center many times and all what I got - sorry, it is our mistake but we can't allow you to check in. I did online check-in via app and paid some city taxes. Not only that they didn't inform about 2g during check in but they even didn't refund those city taxes back to my account. We have stayed at a&o a couple of times before and always were satisfied, and now we have learned that the client is not on the first place for them and they can easily throw you out to spend the night on the streets

I had booked a room for 6 nights but I was told upon arrival that they only reserved my room for 2 nights, because I had not paided in advance. I asked for the stay that I originally booked, but the stuff was neither willing or able to help me. So I was basically "kicked out" after 2 days and had to fin another place to stay. Also, the first room that I got had no bedding and no electricity. In my opinion, it is very overpriced for what you get. I can not recommend this at all. 0 Stars
V	Vivian Velthuis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beds feel like sleeping on the ground. I had migrains, there was no compassion at all. They wanted me to swich rooms, luckily in the end I could stay. No warm showers. You can hear the streets/train. The girl I first checked in to was kind. I liked that I could leave my luggage. It's cheap
K	K Alexander on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff. Room dirty, bathroom and shower had not been cleaned. There was no hand soap or toilet roll in the bathroom. When I asked if I could use the reception toilets that had been open the previous evening I was told no for apparent reason even when I told them there was no toilet roll or soap in my bathroom. The people in the room I was staying smoked out the window and watched a movie without headphones on late into the night. The hostel also charges €5 for bedding which is not made clear in the booking and allows people to bring in their own bedding. This is incredibly unhygienic and increases the risk of bed bugs dramatically. Had I known this was their policy I would have avoided the place completely. Stay somewhere else!
